Yes, he's taking allopathic medicine Olanzapine 15mg in the morning and 15 mg in the evening. When he's sleepless at night, I also give him Ezolent 1 or 0.5 (as required).
Before the aggravation of Hyos, it was Olanzapine 10 mg in the evening.

Yes indeed that could be the problem.
Perhaps we need to change our approach then. Is it possible you can get the LM potencies? They are designed to get around this problem of constant suppression by medication.
LM potencies are often denoted as 0/1, 0/2 , or LM1 LM2.

I can't see any reason not to use Schwabe if they are easy to purchase from.
Get LM1 and LM2 of Lachesis please.

Wish to update with great joy - Positive results of Lachesis has started coming.
1. Today morning he woke up as a normal kid. Talking to self was there, but not much.
2. Abuses and use of F**K words (filthy language) improved very much.
3. Talks as if wanna f**k someone - improved very much.
4. As if other person is speaking to him - improved very much.
5. Hearing of voices - improved very much. Voices are there but in low pitch. As if coming from distance. Hes unable to understand what these voices are saying.
6. Shout out names like - oye Salmaan, oye Rajesh. - improved very much.
Im feeling as if miracle is going to happen and youve cracked the case. Sir, it may be another case to you, but a big salute to your superior and in depth knowledge of Homeopathy from me. Just want to share other experienced Homeo Doctors were seeing no symptoms of Lachesis. They were just zeroed on Hyoscyamus again and blaming the knowledge of the Doctor, who not used it judiciously. Youre like a god sent angel to me. Many many thanks from the core of my heart.
Im also grateful to Dr. Rishimba for his all the support, when I was feeling very low and gave me courage to keep my faith intact in you & homeopathy.

Well that is very good news. However I would ask you to be cautious in your praise as it is only 2 days into treatment and we cannot be sure of cure yet.
In fact, I would like to thank Simone for reminding me that the medication could have been undermining the homoeopathic medicine, which then brought me to think of the LM potencies.
Continue with the remedy daily (one dose per day). Stop when one of two things happen:
1. Any of his symptoms worsen or suddenly return.
2. There is a very marked improvement (70% overall)
Report any of these things to me so we can decide what to do.

about current meds in your form-I was aware of the allopathic meds start and stop from talking to
Ajay in the past.
I was not sure if he had started the Lm dosing or if this
was a reaction from the other dose???

Ah I see - yes I may have misinterpreted this completely. I thought it was strange to get the medicine so quickly. So it may be the repeated dosing of 200c that has created the result.
It is certainly important to make that clear so I don't make any mistakes :)

Good morning, Dr. Evocationer.
It's observed that his condition started improving from 7/9/14. From 7/9/14 to 12/9/14 he was at its best.
From 13/9/14, symptoms started increasing. On 14/9, he was worse than on 13/9.
Hope it clarifies.

Ok. That is somewhat concerning as the reaction was so short lived. However it may be an issue with potency. First thing I would do is repeat the 200c once - but hit the bottle 20 times before the dose.
Also, you will need to obtain Lachesis 1M. 1M is a potency that affects the delusional aspect of disease quite strongly, so perhaps this is the problem with the short duration of the change.

O.K. Sir, I'll do as directed. Just wish to know your opinion about his allopathic dosage. As his condition is under control, can I start tapering of his dose gradually? I increased it due to sudden reaction of Hyos.

It's observed that it stopped further increasing of symptoms, till 19/9/14.
From 20/9/14 symptoms again started increasing.
As on today:
1. Talking to self (soliloquy) (nonstop) all day, till retire to bed.
2. As if other person is speaking to him all day, till retire to bed. He (other person) instruct him to do things or not to do things e.g. take your medicines, don't take now. clean the home, don't clean the home, wash your hands. Don't see T.V. Presently, this is second main symptom after talking to self.
I've noticed if he say no to anything, my son won't do it or do it reluctantly. But one thing is there - he always do, whatever he's told to do by us (me or my family member)
