he rises at 10.30 a.m. his breakfast etc finishes at 2.30 After 3.30 p.m. we notice up in his activities, till 11.00 p.m, when he retire to bed. His facial expressions are like a happy person.

Belladona 200C is with me.
Just wish to share - whenever, we cut his allopathic dose, his condition worsen, like a drug addict (no heed / response to our calling, dullness, speaking too less, no interest in bathing, eating, lack of attention, short term memory etc). When, we give his full dose, he become normal in 3-4 days. When we started your treatment, it was first time, he was behaving normal at 5mg & his memory also improved.
For the first time, we noticed him dancing (sorry, i forgot to mention that he was dancing, when music was playing......although he was singing himself too and acting like a rock star) But I consider it, as an improvement. When I read your conclusion about his condition, I feel so sad and worried. Your treatment gave me a ray of hope & I hope that he'll be cured soon.

I think there is a misunderstanding between us. I thought you were taking dancing & singing as a negative sign.
Well I am not worried about his mental condition because I know there will be no further damage to his brain after talking Kali Phos-1000c but the thing worrying me is addiction to allopathic remedies. It is often quite challenging to get rid of those which is my actual target. Don't worry, he will be fine soon (IA).

3. Checking of taps seems cured
4. Checking of electrical switches seems cured.
5. Checking of undergarments/clothes for cleanliness seems cured
6. Repeatedly washing hands no improvement
7. Checking his arms/hands for cleanliness seems improved but re-started.

a. nature call one hour

On 25 nov. 2012, a dose of syphilium 1000 given to him. Nothing improvement is visible so far.
It's noted from some that he frequently feels urge to pee but take too much time. when asked, he told that urine does not pass easily and he has to wait or apply pressure to relieve himself. On two occassions, stool has also passed, when urinating.
Kindly guide.

Good day to you. Kindly consult the allopathic doctor and ask him to suggest a proper plan to get rid of allopathic drug addiction. Meawhile, also follow the below prescription which will help him regain his mental strength & get rid of addiction:
1- Magnesia Phos-6x (Thrice daily for 10 days)
2- Natrum Mur-200c (Daily once for 2 days & then once in a week for 4 weeks)
3- Kali Phos-1000c (Weekly once for 4 weeks)
4- Opium-200 (once daily for 2 days & then weekly once for 4 weeks)
Please use the #2, #3 & #4 on different days of week. Opium will help him getting over the addiction.

I approached another psychiatrist for second opinion. He was also of the view that if his condition is stable at Olan 10 then he has to take it for whole life, but he can replace it with another drug which has lesser side effects than Olan 10.
Another Doctor who recommended C.T. Scan (Hes not a psychiatrist or even a qualified doctor. He has done is Masters degree in bio-technology and doing research in diabetes ) suggested me the following:
a. 5mg dose daily in December, 12 (hes fine at this dose)
b. 2.5 mg dose daily in January, 13
c. 2.5 mg dose alternate days in Feb, 13
d. 2.5 mg dose at every third day, in March 13
e. Then try placebos.

This is very good approach. I also wanted to do something like this but his condition worsened after reducing the 5mg dose from daily to alternate days. Please follow the above plan recommended by biotechnologist & whenever you reduce the dosage as per plan, give your son a dose of Kali Phos on the first & second day of reducing the dose of Olanzapine. Also if he is currently stable at 5mg then there is a slight change in my previous prescription, (only Kali Phos dosage is changed). As explained below:

When I asked the reason, he said that his dreams are so scarry and sees a monkey who's ready to attack him. Everyday, he sees the same monkey. From 31/12/2012 onward, he's without allopathic drug and his condition is quite satisfactory & withdrawal symptoms are yet to visible. I'm planning to dis-continue till he can manage without this drug.
Laughing/smiling is 90% cured. Other symptoms like singing, dancing, repeatedly washing hands etc. are also seems 99% cured.
No improvement in Scarry dreams and fear of dark (i.e. can't sleep when lights are off). He even changed a yellow color zero watt bulb with a white one.
Other things to worry are:
1. slowness in his daily chorus/activities.
2. Not attentive to our calls/guidance/directives.

As I posted earlier, I discontinued my son's allopathic medicines to check his dependabilty over this drug. Below are my observations:
1. He was fine for 12 days, after that we noticed withdrawal symptoms.
2. From 18th Jan, I started his medicine - 2.5 mg at alternate days.
3. Sometimes he looks quite nice & intelligent boy.
4. No improvement in fear of dark & scarry dreams.

Coming to your son's condition, I would recommend you to follow a more slow & consistent approach (as slow & steady wins the race), no need to hurry. Abrupt changes are not good especially when dealing with cases of drug abuse & medicines related to nervous system. Plan suggested by the bio-technologist was quite good i.e:
'a. 5mg dose daily in December, 12 (hes fine at this dose)
b. 2.5 mg dose daily in January, 13
c. 2.5 mg dose alternate days in Feb, 13
d. 2.5 mg dose at every third day, in March 13
e. Then try placebos. '
But now that you are giving him 2.5mg on alternate days so stick to this & don't move to 2.5 mg daily as per previous plan as increasing the dose can push him back into the addiction.
Kali Phos is one of the best remedies for increasing IQ level & to sharpen the mind. In my experience, I haven't seen any better remedy than Kali Phos for brain.
Apart from the above plan, give him Belladonna-200c once daily for next 7 days. Also get hold of below remedy, we will need this after bell:
1-Calcarea Carb-30c
