Congratulations to both of you,to Ajaykumarji for keeping an optimistic attitude and a brave heart and to Dr.Asadbhai for having a clear cut perception of what exactly is going on with the patient and the causes of up downs.
This is a classic example of how pathological factors can play a dominant role in treating such cases.I learnt A lot from this case.
As it is I am indebted to homeopathy seeing many brilliant cures(off course never Schizophrenia)and will always be indebted to the father of homeopathy who left
such a legacy for humanity.
Really I am deeply moved.

Brief summary of the symptoms are as under:
01. Laughing is there.
02. In day time - mostly stand up and walks hurriedly, here and there.
03. Does as if washing hands.
04. Face expression as if he'll womit
05. Makes faces, take out tongue

07. As if he's talking to self (muttering) or sometime calling someone in loud voice.
08. Hands always busy in doing some activity.
09. Staring his cuffs, bed sheets, rugs for some foreign material. Once I intrupted and he throw a punch at my face.
10. Today asked his mother to remove (for safety purpose) gas cylinders placed near battery invertor and quarelled for it.
11. make sound like a kung fu fighter.
11. Other symptoms like response to our calling, dullness, speaking too less, no interest in bathing, eating, lack of attention, etc. are there too.
NOTE - 1: Today consulted his case with a new psychiatric. After examining, he fixed his dose at 5.0 mg per day, for now. He denied to give any plan to get rid of allopathic medicines which I specifically asked. Give medicines as per his prescription.

I tempted to see the result and give him a single dose of LM1 Potency, yesterday morning. Sir, result was amazing. In the evening he was sitting with other family members. Regarding the genetic factor, we can only be successful to the extent that we can stop this disorder from transmitting to the next generation. The remedy that can stop this disorder from transmitting to the next generation is Syphilinum. But a lot of care should be taken while dealing with this remedy as it can have serious ill-effects if given unnecessarily or improperly.
For now, I would like you to go ahead with Lac Caninum & with the new psychiatrist's advice. If there is no significant improvement, then we have to resort to a few doses of highest potencies in order to reach to the minimum possible dosage of Olzapine & then stay there.

First of all sorry for my late reply. I would strongly recommend you to follow or atleast discuss his condition with new psychiatrist before leaving his suggested plan as abrupt changes are not good for nervous system.
Regarding the Lac Caninum dsage, I would recommend you to give your son one single dose of Lac Caninum-1000c in split dose & observe its effects during the next 15-20 days. Method to make split dose is explained below:
In order to make one dose, take a 250ml bottle of plain water & pour out around 50ml of water to make some empty space in the bottle. Now put 4 drops or 4 pills of remedy in it & tightly cap the bottle. If you have put pills in it, then let the pills dissolve in the water with time, without shaking the bottle. Once the pills are completely dissolved, hit the bottle hard with your palm or with a book 4 times. Remember to hit Hard & to hit only 4 times with a gap of 1-2 sec between each hit. Now give give him 1-2 tablespoons of medicine out of this bottle & through away the remaining liquid. Observe his response during the next 15-20 days.

I don't think he started talking loudly due to Lac Can1M because there is a gap of 4-5 days between the remedy & the symptoms. Aggravation or proving must start immediately after giving the medicine if it has to start at all. How was his behaviour during between 28/3/13 to 3/4/13??
Also please post more details about him as I need to start from the scratch.

If not lac can, then it must be due to reduced dose of olanzapine tablet, As informed you earlier, after stopping medicines from new psychiatric, I started his medicines from regular psychiatric, since 28/3/13 .Here, kindly note:
1. From 21/2/13 to 3/3/13, he was on 5 mg dose, as his condition was not good.
2. From 4/3/13 to 17/3/13 he was on 2.5 mg dose and his condition was satisfactory.
3. From 18/3/13 to 27/3/13, medicines prescribed by new psychiatrist given.
4. From 28/3/13 I gave him again 2.5 mg dose (from his regular psychiatrist), as he was fine, previously.
His behave during 28/3/13 3/4/13

2. Thereafter, Calc carb 30C for three days (thrice).
3. Following symptoms are there:

c. walking continuously in his room.
d. increased sexual behaviour.
e. here, it's summer but he still sleep without fan and covering his whole body (except face). Also, bath with warm water.
4. He's on 10mg allopathic dose since 3/4/13.
I wish to try Hyos niger 30C , Thrice from tomorrow.

I also wish to mention that in many cases, sometime, more than one Doctor provide guidance. But in my case, no other Doctor took the interest, it shows the severity of the case.
