Since for a long time, i could not get reply from you, temperature shooted up to 102 degrees, severe running nose, throat pain & cough increased. With alopathic doctor advice, he had to take Analgesic/Antipyretic medicine (Febrex plus). This has to be taken for 3 days.
As regards ulcers, it is same status as last. Pain is less. No new uolcers, it is stable. Back Pain is less, but the stool today was not normal. It was with mucous.
We will let you know, the status.

Re: Ulcer in mouth / tongue (continued)From amitavam [Log on to view profile] on 2004-08-10
No antibiotic medicine taken for cold , cough & fever, only Analgesic tablet was taken from yesterday (9/9/04), now stopped.
Today from afternoon, fever is not there, cold , running of nose is less.
Since yesterday before taking Analgesic tablet some new ulcers have appeared on the tongue & inner cheek with pain. After taking one dose of Arsenic Alb200 on 31/07/04, much improvement of ulcers were noticed, which were communicated to you from time to time. Throat pain is still there. It may be due to cold.Back pain is not there as of now, Stool today was less.
Since the ulcers are new & less, please let us know, the remedy, so that it is cured & kept under control, before it again spreads like before. Father is worried due to this, and also we are.

Pl. advice.

Re: Ulcer in mouth / tongue (continued)From John Stanton [Log on to view profile] on 2004-08-10
analgesics are acidic by composition--this give account for aggravation of ulcer condition---'acute' illnesss or situations will/may arise during chronic treatment--and VERY much important how these are handled for there is a direct correlation between the chronic and acute symptomology--I MUST STRESS--that patience is important--no amount of worry is going to help --in fact hasty usage of many medicines-remedies in hasty worry only complicates--this we must have understanding between us--

need more information--please TAKE time to answer thoroughly--the more REAL information the better..

how has activity changed?
appetite?
sleep patterns/characteristics?

does father constantly verbalize his worries to you?

answer questions above..

Re: Ulcer in mouth / tongue (continued)From amitavam [Log on to view profile] on 2004-08-10
No activity chaged, except for cold & cough.
Appetite : It is normal as before.
Sleep : It is now disturbed due to cold & cough
Please note, that whenever father communicates to me about his problem, same are being communivated to you.
Infact he gives me in writing, his problems always, which i post immediately. We have patience. But the problem is that if it aggravates, then to cure it, it will be a problem.

Re: Ulcer in mouth / tongue (continued)From John Stanton [Log on to view profile] on 2004-08-10
you mentioned his activeness has become lessened due to 'cold' ---is father going for brisk walks again (already)?

how has father's speech been affected?

Re: Ulcer in mouth / tongue (continued)From John Stanton [Log on to view profile] on 2004-08-10
also is it CERTAIN that tosil is effected? or just throat?

look inside father's mouth--use flashlight--check tonsil condition and relate back what you observe...
