Before i explain to the query, let me explain that normally father has noticed the ulcer on the tongue
appeared either on right side edge or on left side edge of the tongue and very rare occassion on both
sides of the tongue. Now replying to your queries as under:-
1. This time, ulcers are concentrated only on left side edge of the tongue and 3-4 small ulcers are at the
tip /front of the tongue.
2. No new ulcers does not seem to have appeared but it is aggravated from time to time, only 1 big(1/4" diameter)
in size has appeared on the left side edge of the tongue, which extended below the tongue. This ulcer has
only changed in size, i.e, reduced, changed in colour and matched with the colour of the tongue after the
ongoing treatment.
3. With warm water, feeling better, but with cold water no change is noticed.
4. IT is blisters like small ulcers on inner cheek, inside lips, upper and lower jaws. They are still present,
which have appeared after the treatment this time. However similar blisters like ulcer appeared ealier
also along with ulcers on tongue and same were disappeared as and when tongue ulcers disappeared.
5. There is no sleep disturbance, so far.
6. Normal food preferred. However fried items(now totally stopped) much preferred.
7. There is no anxiety as such, but now non curing of ulcer is his main concern. Anger shown, when
difference of opinion.
8. Throat ulcers (left side only) feel better in the day time, feeling worst in the night.
9. No dizziness, headache normally., but sometime headache only on left side observed, but this time, there
is no headache. This headache from the very beginning whether or not ulcers / blisters appeared in the mouth.
10. Blisters are painful.
11. It is difficult to state, exact time, but it is recurring ttack, multipe, irritating blisters/ulcers.

what do you mean by "what temperature of extremities?"

From yesterday morning, all medicines are stopped.

Arsenic Alb30 taken yeasterday in the morning at 6:30 am, and one sip of the same , 4 globules
dissolved in water taken yesterday at 22:30 hrs, before going to bed.
The result at 6:30 AM of 28/07/04 is as under :
1. The acute pain / burning in ulcers and throat pain has slightly reduced.
2. Dryness in throat still remain.

Whether any more dose of Arsenic Alb30 to be taken ?.

Please advice.

Re: Ulcer in mouth / tongue (continued)From John Stanton [Log on to view profile] on 2004-07-28
use the left over mix ---do not add any more globules/pellets to water--but may add 10-20 tablespoons as need---stir vigourously before use---take teaspoon doses---daily--but if DEFINITE aggravtion or amelioration ,then stop..

Re: Ulcer in mouth / tongue (continued)From amitavam [Log on to view profile] on 2004-07-28
how many dose in a day ??
whether 1 teaspoon sip is enough ??
Yeasterday i asked my father, whether any medicine smell / taste is there in the Arsenic water, he says, no smell, it is like plain water. If this is the case, should we not addsome more globules in the left over water, or add some more water, and then add 4 more globules ... what do u suggest ??

pl. advice.

Re: Ulcer in mouth / tongue (continued)From John Stanton [Log on to view profile] on 2004-07-28
DO NOT ADD any more globules--only water as directed--1 teaspoon is enough--once a day--STOP usage if DEFINITE aggravtion occur.

what is symptom status at this time?

After 48 hrs of taking Arsenic Alb30 present status in the morning of 29/07/04 is as under :
1. Throat pain reduced slightly.
2. Pain/burning of ulcers is less than yesterday.
Today morning Arsenic Alb30, solution in warer has been taken, 1 dose sip with spoon.

Should we wait for some more days, and then increase the potency ??
Pl. suggest / advice.
