Normally 2 times only, i.e, at 6:30 AM in the morning and 9:00 AM in the morning. Sometimes in the evening at
about 6:00 PM. First stool is very less quantity and the second one also less quantity. texture of the stool is soft , normal colour.No there is no urging at any time, except sometimes in the evening there is a some twisting pain in the stomach
and this time there is urging. That too with very less quantity.
Hands and feet are neither cold nor hot but it is normal.
Ulcer on the tongue are still remain with slightly reduced state and the pain & burning are also reduced. One of the ulcers which was big size, i.e, 1/4" diameter, with swelling , the same is having slight pain and swelling is also
reduced. As regards ulcers on the other part of the mouth are not found to be active at present, except the throat pain remains, but the same has reduced than earlier.

status of ulcers are same as reported to you after 48 hrs ...no aggravation ...no new symptoms ...

After taking Arsenic Alb, Pain/burning of ulcers & throat pain was gradually
decreasing. But from yesterday night the pain/burning has increased. Throat pain has also increased. No new ulcers appeared.
Please advice whether Nat Mur 30 to be taken ?? or Arsenic Alb to be taken ??

if pain in back and constipation still occuring--with main complaints--then single dose nat-mur 30c
if not then arsenicum 200c in water (10-20 tablespoons)--stir ...give as directed in past.. | | |

yes ... father has followed restrctions ?? u mean by diet ...all acidic foods stopped ..no milk products ..
is it ok ???
Can my farther take Nat Mur & Arsenic on the same day ???
For the moment, father is taking Arsenic 200 in water just now ...

what is back pain and constipation status?
what time of day ulcers began to get worse again?
how many water doses of arsenicum 200c have been taken totally so far?
any discoloration in eyes?

1. As earlier stated, this is not constipation, since the stool is not hard. It is soft, but the quantity is very less !!!
2. Back Pain is automatically reduced to bearable limit than yesterday.
3. Ulcers began to worse in the late evening & night
4. Arsenic 200 dose in water has not been taken so far. You have just now adviced, so it is been taken now.
5. Ealier 3 doses only Arenic 30 in water has been taken so far.
6. Eyes colour is ok.
For your info, father is taking Arsenic 200 in water as adviced by you today.
Should we avoid Nat Mur for the moment ??

Now the back pain is in reduced stated, shifted to upper hips.
Stool qty is still less.

After 6 hrs of taking Arsenic Alb200 in water, pain is still there ...also throat pain is gradually increasing ...which is noticed.
should we wait for 24 hrs, and then take Nat Mur 30 ??

Yesterday father has taken one spoon of Arsenoc Alb200 in water. Today morning no change in ulcers/pain/thorat pain noticed. It has not increased. Pain is stable as yesterday. Back Pain reduced but slightly remained. Stool is normal & quantity is ok.
Should we go for Nat Mur 30 ??? Or should we wait ???
