Repeat one more dose of calcarea carb.. Its better not to hastily move with higher potency or change the remedy.
Kindly update me in 7 days.

Hi so I had my period over the last week and most remarkably I had absolutely zero sensations involved with it. No cramps, no low back pain, no pelvic heaviness...nada. So that was a nice change from my usual.

My mood has been OK. I have times of pure irritation that I just feel frantic and have zero patience. I will feel OK and then I will get very irrationally offended by something someone says to me and then get defensive and snappy at them. It's all very stupid. I feel stupid for reacting the way that I do.

I've been taking Ashwaganda and it seems to help a lot with that type of stuff. I know it's not very helpful on the homeopathy scene to be taking other things along with remedies, but I just haven't been feeling well enough to go without...and I keep searching for that something to make me feel better and get me through the day.

For the last maybe three days I have had some tension in my upper body that I haven't felt in a while. It's kind of got a burning quality to it. It resides in my upper shoulders and the nape and sides of my neck, and my forehead, down my nose and around my mouth. it feels like a drawing down and outwards as if i put my open hand over my face and then pulled my fingers closed....if that makes sense....it feels like there's a weight on my nose and my top front teeth also feel kind of funny.

my sleep has been very coma-like lately again, and it is very difficult to wake up in the morning. Even after I get up I just want to go back to sleep. All day it is a fight to make myself get up and do a project so that I don't just sit down and feel so horribly groggy.

Also I have noticed that if I have even the slightest bit of caffeine it is an extreme trigger for this awful fatigue feeling. Which probably means that my Adrenals are quite taxed.

Hopefully something can significantly help me soon. I really am so tired of this. :(

You can take ashwangdha..no problem with that..
I think you should now start with next higher potency..
Start with calc carb 200c single dose .

I don't have Calc Carb 200.
I think I'm done with Homeopathy for now.
It's too unpredictable and inconsistent.

Thanks for your help.

All the best,
D

Hi Homeodr,

How are you?
I am needing some help again.
I'm 14 weeks pregnant (yay!) and things are very (interestingly) different with this one than my first.
I had an extended bout of morning sickness where I could not eat meat or any animal product whatsoever until just in the last week I've been able to tolerate it! It made me horribly and painfully gassy, where I could feel the grass traveling down my intestines and it would be so much bloating that after the episode passed my insides would feel bruised.
I took a dose of Nat Mur 200c a few weeks ago and it helped a little with the physical symptoms, but primarily it just gave me a good amount of motivation back, which was great.
It had been extremely difficult to get anything done around the house because I just didn't want to do a single thing.

So that's kind of a back store of the whole thing and now I'm feeling the lack of motivation coming back, but I think mostly it's due to the fact that I'm having trouble regulating my blood sugar.
That's another interesting difference with this pregnancy. Sweets are really bothering me this time. For the whole first trimester even a few bites of a candy would leave an awful bitter taste in my mouth. And leave me feeling groggy and just gross.
It doesn't so much any more with the bad taste, but boy oh boy does it make me feel terrible!
The other day I had a cup of coffee (decaf) with a fair amount of sugary creamer and about an hour later I was shaking, the room was spinning, and I came extremely close to vomiting. (Throwing up is very traumatic for me so I fight it like nobody's business.)
I drank 16oz of water as fast as I could and was couch bound for the rest of the day.
That was about three days ago and I feel like I haven't really fully recovered from it.
I'm pretty concerned about developing Gestational Diabetes.

So my mental state right now is OK, I think. I am not feeling extreme in any one direction. I think if I allow myself to think about it I feel overwhelmed, maybe a little under appreciated, and kind of abandoned at my post. A little lonely.
I gain a fair amount of motivation with like-minded(motivated) company.
I always am striving to serve my family in my home and care for them. I find myself asking my husband essentially for his approval on this or that thing that I did, and "isn't it good?" ..."don't you like it?"...."did I do a good job?" Type of questions.
Some of that is just to get him talking, but I do desire his positive feedback. I feel pretty crushed when I get any (even perceived) negative feedback.

Oh the other physical complaint that is really standing out is that at night when I sleep my muscles become very stiff and painful, I wake frequently to move and stretch. But whatever position I sleep in my muscles kind of lock up in that position. I wake up with headaches and full body aches from it.
It goes away after being up in the morning and moving around a bit.

I hope you are able to help me out here once again! And do let me know if you need more information.
