This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Well, I can tell you one thing that he is a disappointed and discontented person. So, he has lost interest in everything, probably. But rather than guessing I would like to know about his problem from him and you.
Now, talk to him when you make him sit or stand. encourage and ask him to stand straight and look up. If he doesn't show response ask him why is he not doing it. You have to tactfully question him so that he divulges the deepest feelings within him (As you said, I feel too he has still something hidden within him. Let it come out of his mouth). Ask him if he is not interested in gaining his health back? If not, why? etc.
Let me know.

He says he wants to get well and walk. Also we do the same way as you say,put his head up and ask him to open his eyes.
He is a open person,will usually tell everything that is in his mind,not much to my mom but to me and my sister. As of now I can't see that he has anything except for all those earlier things. Also he is a person who will do back biting,abt me to my kids,my sister,my mom,about them to me etc. Hope u got my poiny. My grandfather always used to tell him behave like a man,he was never much confident of taking decisions ,would always consult us.

Also maybe he is interested in making friends with a female. One thing I forgot. He was interested in getting married to a female ifrom our family relations. But she had got engaged earlier only. She was a very beautiful girl. After 2014 he used to complain this also that I wanted to get married to Goldy which was her name and you all got me married to this girl from pune. He was always involved with girls. Had some friends,not many but would talk to them,also a divorced phillipine female who had a son ,when he was on ship was also his friend. He used to disclose all his family history to her also. One more girl after he got divorced first time was his friend. Etc.
After returning from sailing he never used to go out much,used to always rest at home.
Not paty animal at all. But very fond of eating. No alcohol,not much interested in non veg also,no spicy food.

Please answer following questions properly.
1. Was he a studious boy in school days? Did he study without forcing?
2. Was he very particular about his job and responsibilities at home?
3. Does he prefer hot / cold? (not just within 2-3 days but since long time).
4. Confirm: is his paralysis on right side? Does he have more problems on right side or left?
5. Is he thirsty or thirstless in general?
6. Before sickness his physical build was thin, medium or overweight?
7. Why does he keep his eyes closed and lets his body loose he said? Why he lets his head down?

1. When he was in nursery ,many kids used to come to our house,they used recite alphabets etc,but he used to stay mum,not say anything,my mom was worried. But then he started learning everything. My father was a strict man,he used to teach us,but I remember one instance when he was teaching him subtraction ,he was making mistakes,he got many slaps from my dad,so I started teaching him. He had this specialty. He was not a bookworm,but used to study just one day before the exams and always got good marks,very intelligent child and boy later on. Stood 1st in his 12th electronic exam.
2. He was a family oriented person,
He was very particular about his job and was responsible towards family.
3. Earlier he always used to prefer cold,never used to take any blanket,he used to take baths at least 3 times in a day. But since 4-5 yers back,he had started feeling cold and couldn't tolerate cold much.
4. Yes his paralysis is on the right side and he has problems more on the right side.
5.when he got diabetes he used to drink a lot of water but then it gradually reduced i guess,but after this paralysis he wasn't much fond of drinking water,used to throw it. But since a week he is asking for water sometimes even in night.
5. He was medium,he did put on some weight before marriage but not overweight. Then he was medium but now he has lost quite a lot of weight i guess,his arms and legs are thin now.
6. Honestly i don't know why he closes his eyes. According to my husband he doesn't like to see himself in this health. A person who was so handsome,good looking,so maybe he puts his head down and closes his eyes. Maybe not ready to accept that he is ill.
Leaving his body loose and put all weight on us when we make him stand happens sometimes. Don't know why,maybe out of laziness and not put in much effort from his end. But not sure about it.

Very restless in the night,doesn't sleep at all soundly. Tries to remove the catheter always,then when we put a diaper,tries to remove that also.i m not over there and my mom is so tired. She is nearly 80 yrs old, has to wake up in the night because of this and in the morning has to do cooking etc ,so no rest at all for her. We didn't keep any servant because they manhandle my brother many times.
Doc can I ask a question?
Why doesn't he sleep soundly in the night,why is he so restless.?

I want you to report every change in his mental and physical health. If you just keep complaining I won't be able to assess his condition.

The physiotherapist has told that we have to forcefully ask him to make use of his right hand or it will delay its progress. So now my husband makes him forcibly use his right hand to eat small things,like he tried to eat the apple with it,lifting it little up,etc, also my husband made him stand with the wall support for nearly half hour by hold his back and knees. He also makes him talks so that he opens his eyes. He says look there is a pigeon here so he used to look that side and say no its not there etc .
Is it ok,to do all this. Also in the hospital they had put central line on his left thigh where now there is a small knot like feeling. In hindi we say gilti ho gayi hai.

Meanwhile he is having a lot of itcing in his anus,which is due to worms,can we give him any deworming tablet.
Which tablet should we give him.
Zentel is also one tablet for worms,can we give that.
Can we give Cina30 otherwise.

Because earlier also when we were small when we used to have this itching in the anus, the doc used to say its worms and we were given worms medicine or our dad used to put cotton with some oil in our butts so it used to subside. Even for my daughter it used to happen so when i gave her worms tablet the next day can you imagine what a long worm was out from her motions,and also many tiny worms as well. So i know it is due to wormsi,itching is inside the butts,around the anus.

Reason why I asked you this question is there are other reason for itching as well. I wanted to confirm if you or someone noticed worm in his stools. We can't prescribe on imaginary things.
More importantly, I wish to emphasise again that I am trying to cure him not relieve his individual symptoms. While doing so all symptoms are covered. So, there is no need of a seperate remedy for each symptom. If done so, it will simply block any chances of him getting cured. I hope you understand what I am trying to convey.

He is abusive but i can see a little change in him,he is less abusive now. But he gets angry surely.
Actually he doesn't throw things,he pushes the person who is giving him water,and does that when he doesn't want water.
No he is not talking of death now but says sometimes that he is gone mad. Main pagal hogaya hun.
He says i don't know why i close my eyes.also he says that I like to close my eyes.
He is indifferent like before and has not developed interest in anything.
BP is most of the time around 180-110,reduces with the tablet.
Sugar is usually around 190-260 without insulin.
He keeps calling my mom continuously that he has pain in his back etc.
He slept properly last night,but his body was very warm in the morning and he was hungry early in the morning.
He has many scratches,eruptions,boils on his back,face,genitals,legs etc.
I am sending you the pics on ur mail id.
They have turned black. They are quite dry now.

I have put some more pics of his big eruptions on his leg and also the one on his ankle,in your mail id.
My brother woke up after his nap now in the evening and started telling me that i am not well(main theek nahi hun) ,so i asked him why what happened to which he replied that i want to pass motions. So I told him that u are perfectly well.
I guess he has this feeling or notion in his mind that he is not well,that he has gone mad etc.

I have seen that he gets more irritated with my husband rather than me,maybe because he forcefully makes him do exercises and things,thats why he abuses him a lot and also beats him sometimes in frustration.
But its due to this forcefulness that he is able to stand nicely now,or he wouldn't put in any effort from his side. We have sprinkled some neosporin powder on his leg wounds.

My brother was looking very pale today,like no blood in his body,no colour on his lips,skin very pale and dry,otherwise he used to get pink within few minutes. Plz doc help.
He has a big boil near his bums also and now my mom has said that there is lot of heat coming out from that boil. Earlier also when his creatinine had increased then also he had such big big boils in his whole body. He is in great pain,my heart cries for him. Plz doc what to do,,plz advice.
He is not even able to lie down straight easily due to these eruptions.is any consultation required for this.

I think it's your die hard nature that you do not want to understand what I say. Neither you are allowing me to treat my way nor you are just leaving me. I am finding it very difficult to handle your brother's case, I am sorry to say, but because of you.

I have a very extra bonding with my brother more than anyone in this world and i am seeing him in this condition from a long time so i am over reacting,but plz from now on I will just reply to ur questions only and not trouble you with my questions and grief. But just because of me plz don't punish my brother or there will always be this another guilt in my heart that I have deprived him of your treatment. He will be the sufferer.

Mrs. happykaur, there are no hard feelings. I practice the way I find is best and what I have learnt. I know you are not happy / content with my approach. It is possible that my approach may be wrong. But that's what I know. In case, I fail to relieve your brother we both will have guilt plus I will be target of blame,...right?
So, it's really not late now. I sincerely beg you to free me. At least you can arrange for some satisfactory / better treatment for your brother; it's for his betterment only. And forgive me for troubling you.
