High creatinine with right side paralysis Page 2 of 10

Dear doc, its my kind request that you do reiki and prayer for my brother name lavi sohal that he gets well soon. You know he was a very caring and a very understanding person, very fun making but now his behaviour is very absurd due to his infarque. Yesterday also he was throwing food from my moms hands, removes his urine catheter. He understands everything but shouts a lot in a very thin voice. He is not speaking in his voice. He is removing girl type voice. He also speaks in his voice sometimes. Sometimes he is fine sometimes very different. He complains of pain in his buttocks,shoulders and feet. He has a big black boil type on his right ankle ,also his left toe is red and swollen. But the right ankle boil which is turned almost black is dried up now. I vll start with ur medicine from today. Wen shud i get his blood test done.
And what parameters shud i get checked in his blood test?

Sure. my best wishes and prayers are always there to all suffering mankind that they enjoy healthy and peaceful life. I have stopped reiki since long for certain reasons but just on your request I will do it.
I actually prefer a set of relevent reoprts just prior to starting treatment. It helps to analyse progress better. But here there are limitation.
If you are willing to do then you may do following tests:
1. CBC
2. Blood Sugar level- fasting and PP (Check BP also).
3. Kindey profile.
4. check his weight.
Do this preferably just before starting treatment. You may give samples to lab and start doses immediately, report may follow later.
We can tentatively repeat these test after 1 week.

He is on bed doc,i cannot get his weight checked. Secondly i just got all these tests done on last Tuesday,if you want i can give you his reports. Besides he has had his lunch today so cant get sugar tested. Is it ok if i get all these done tomorrow. But then shud i start with ur medicine today or tomorrow after the blood test . Also we have stopped all his medicines ie tab frusenex, tab ecosprin,tab lowphos,tab renolog,tab atorva,tab levipril and syrup nootropil as per ur advice. Is it fine. Plz advice abt the blood test . Should i get it done tomorrow and start the medicine tomorrow or i can start with nux vomica 30 from today itself. Will my brother s health improve with this medicine.plz help also does reiki improve patients health.

Ok...you may start with the medicines. Get the tests done tomorrow.
It is going to be lengthy process. He can improve but you need to keep patience.
Reiki works like meditation does. It may help improving a person mentally and spiritually which indirectly may help in some simple diseases but it may not help much for pathologically serious diseases.

Which medicines? Do you mean the allopathic medicines but i stopped them yesterday as you said. Only the insulin and BP medicine ie metxl is on. Plz reply.

U have prescribed nux vomica30, once in the evening. This is relatively a very small potency and the dosage is also once in a day. Dont u think for a chronic case of my brother this medicine will be very slow to act.

You have to start with Nux vomica. Do not worry about potency issue and dosage. There are lot of factors to be considered. I have prescribed suitably for him. It is not that you give a medicine this night and he would participate in a marathon. I told it's going to be long process and patience is required.
Please come out of illusion that more is better as it is with allopathic medcines; in homeopathy rather contrary is true. The moment you start doubting the problems begin.

Doc can u give me ur cell no.
He has started passing loose motions from this morning after having his breakfast of plain upma. This was his problem wen he was in hospital also. He was having this gastro problems passing sticky motions every hour,so got the metrogyl and o2 injections course done after which he used to pass motions only once in normal form. Now what to give for his loose motions.
Also can u give me ur no so that i can talk to you.thx.

This could be just some withdrawal symptom after stopping allopathic support. However, I do not think there is reason to panic. Had you given Nux vomica before this started? If not, please start with it now and ask him to try to sleep for a while.
Keep him adequatley hydrated if loose tools are frequent.

I gave him nux last evening,i started it yesterday itself. But he doesnt keep the medicine in the mouth for sometimes,he just bites them eats it is it ok then.

Actually it has started after giving nux from last evening. I stopped his medicines from sunday itself and his motions were fine since yesterday morning,then i gave nux last evening but today in the morning at around 9 he passed these motions.
Can i give him medicine to stop them if they are too much.

It is good then. No need to panic. Please keep patience. His loose stools need not be stopped. May continue for about 2-3 days and will stop. Please understand, 'No Gain without Pain'. This is just beginning, he may have to go through some more troubles like this till he gets well. If you stop these loose stools you might block his chances of recovery. That's how is homeopathy.
If really needed to stop I will let you know. Please keep giving me accurate updates before doing anything on your own.

Doc I couldn't upload his reports over hereso i have mailed them to u. His infection is high also his phosphate is high. His creatinine has reduced from 6.9 to 6.4. Shudnt I give him his allopathic medicine lowphos for his phosphorus levels.

But this nux vomica will not reduce his creatinine and urea levels i guess.
It is not a kidney medicine i think.

In homepathy, there is nothing like kidney medicine, heart medicine, liver medicines, etc.
Please do not be carried away by information aquired through internet or stray books. Leave this part to your doctor's discretion.
Your brothers case is quite advanced and complicated due to multipule diseases. So, it's going to be step by step treatment process.
