High creatinine with right side paralysis _{Page 4 of 10}

He slept very sound in the night. In the morning he was having a lot of itching on his back,butts and hair. He passed some loose and semi solid type of stools. After having his breakfast he again slept very sound. He was not troubled today with all fun and irritation. He doesn't like to drink lot of water,so he pushes if he is given more. Also gets angry some time,talks in his normal voice now. Has gone very thin. The is network problem at my mom's place so not able to reply soon. Plz excuse.
Now today I have to get nux vomica200 from the shop.
I will bring it.,in pills or liquid.

Also regarding his appetite,its not much now. He eats 2-3 chapatis,some Bhanu,some curd,sometimes rice,some dal or gravy in a meal.
Also one thing he says slot is,i m putting his words here.
Mummy bahot dukhta hai.
It's his shoulder,his legs,and main his buttocks.
But interested in eating nice foods,like pav bhaaji,pizza,vaada sambar which is his favorite.
Now in his sleep he is giving bad word's,god knows to whom.

My brother is having itching all over his back,his genital area,his head,a and also complaining of pain in his right hand and shoulder,maybe due to exercise. He was talking quite negative things in the night that I will not live anymore,my time has come,i will go up. Then we asked Y u r saying so he is telling that I will go up. He was also asking me that have I gone mad. Also he was calling my father,who is no more. What does all this imply. Plz save him. I think he is fedup of his health problems. Plz help,that he never thinks or speak like this anymore.

I don't understand,he was itching yesterday also,but today he was very disturbed with this itching on his head,i saw some tiny boils on his head also,he was upset also with this pain in his right hand and shoulder. He spoke these words at around 9 wen I was feeding him his dinner. This night he slept at 10 and then woke up at 1.30am and was very restless,itching on his back,on his leg and head. Also he was telling me that I am going to die. Yes it was regarding himself only that he has gone mad,also in the night he was telling that he never had any friends or made any friends. He was telling I want to make friends with a female,no one in particular.
Regarding his sugar level it was around 329,in the night as I had given him some ice cream,urine output is around a 1-1.25 litres,urine is very stinking ,smells like cowdung.S tools he passed little yesterday which I mentioned to you,but after that he hasn't passed,but he was telling many times.
Regarding his BP I didn't measure yesterday but I measured today it's 150-160 on the upper side and95-110 on the lower side.

I gave him bath today both body and head so now his itching is OK. He is complaining of worms bitting in his bums. I think he has worms that's Y he has itching in his bums. Wen we were small we used to have same problem and then we would be given worm medicine by my mom.
Should I get his creatinine checked on Tuesday.

Should I start with his neurological medicines is levipril 250 and nootropil syrup.

His eyes are also sticky ,some yellow discharge coming out. Sometimes he cries,sometimes he shouts,sometimes very emotional,most of the time shouting,but understand things. But not his self.

I don't have pills but I have belladonna 30 liquid. Plz advice how many drops to give and how to give.
