Sorry doc, but i gave him belladonna 30 iin his sleep only. Now what to do. Have i again made a mistake. I thought he is sleeping so I will put in his mouth,and he drank those2 drops in one tablespoon water. What should i do now. Should i give ars album200 in the morning. Plz advice.

I think ars album would be very right for him. He is having that discharge in his eyes,watery nose,skin very dry and scally,itching in the night,pain in body etc. Also has this habit of cursing.Of course u r the right person to decide.
He is having itching in his anus also.

He woke up at 1.30 at night disturbed due to itching on his back, head. And butts,genitals. Was telling you kill me so that my itching will also die. He is telling i m not able to hear from my right ear..plz help
I am so tired and ill.every night is a disturbed night for my brother. He wakes up troubled by itching,body pain,thirst etc. There is stickiness n his eyes,they stick together due to thick discharge. He feels thirsty also.
I am not able to sleep in the night due to this,morning and daytime also it's impossible to rest. I m having pain in my hand picking him up,lifting him and making him sit on chair etc.
Please have pity on me. Plz do something that he has a sound sleep in the night. Earlier he used to sleep quite well,but from last 5-6 days this is happening. He wakes up troubled and distressed and keeps complaining continuously for at least 2 hours. Its painful to see him in this condition.

Hello doc,plz let me know do I have to give him ars album and should I get his blood tests done tomorrow.
He was very restless in the night due to pain and itching. Also in the early morning was like this.hearing any talks about our family matters started weeping.keeps telling that I m mad or what,u don't know I am in a great pain and problem. Continuously calling for help when he is awake.

Doc I don't have ars album at home,will take time to get it. Can I give it little late instead of 2.00.

Dear doc, its been nearly 5 nights that i have not slept soundly. Yesterday i gave arsenic at 3.30 pm. After that the physiotherapist came,he was angry doing the exercises. He beats his head with his hand and abuses and curses us. He didn't have itching in the meantime. After the session he slept for some time,then woke up again,was continuously removing his condom catheter,which i changed around 3 -4 times. Gave him his next dose after 4 hours. Then gave his dinner,again he was meddling with his condom catheter.. after dinner at around 9 he rested a little but was not relaxed ,extremely restless.. he was another room with my mother,slept for one hour then woke up again,giving bad words. From around 12.30,so restless,not at all sleeping soundly,. The whole night he was restless not getting sleep properly. At around 3.30 am he was again troubled by itching,then i put coconut oil for him,morning at around 4.30 when I checked he had fever. But was not ready to take any sheet on himself. I had brought him to his room in the night only. From 4.30 he is awake,sleeping for few minutes then up just calling us continuously. He passed motion today at 9 . He had not passed motion yesterday.
U know its 4-5 nights and days that I have taken rest, no sound sleep. I have problem with my left hand also,it pains. I don't understand the reason for his disturbed and restless behaviour. Earlier he usedto sleep quite well but now since these 5 nights God knows whats the problem. Even i was angry due to lack of rest and sleep and complete body pain. Now what to do. This is really unbearable. Plz help. The itching subsided after sometime..

He feels cold sometimes sometimes not,removes the blanket even if it is quite cold outside. Secondly he was having little fever but didn't want the blanket on him.
Tolerance level : keeps on complaining but maybe not sure a little better.understands everything very well,and weepsscolds,curses,beats his head in anger,very rarely laughs,abuses.
BP I didn't check last night.
Urine output cannot mention the right amount as he removed the catheter many times yesterday and passed in his pants but surely more than 1.5 lts.
Today he passed motion 2 times,they were lsemi loose motions.Sugar last night was 263, maybe because we had put sugar in his nephro lp milk,otherwise it is around 200-210 ,sometimes below 200 also.

I think he sleeps in the daytime and then troubles during night.
My back is so pain ful by lifting him and making him sit on chair,etc,also my hand pains,he is a tall person,i m 5ft4.
What should we do so that he has interest in getting well soon and start walking. But i can see improvements in his standing and sitting positions,only always complaining of pain,which will surely happen as per the physiotherapist. It is a good sign of recovery. All is in his mind. I will update his story as soon as i get time. Thx again,want some medicine for myself also but maybe later.

Again he is saying that i will die very soon,because u all are troubling me a lot.
We do scold him at times for two things,one when he removes his catheter and second when he talks about death.
What is the reason for him talking like this.
We just mildly scold him,also apologise after wards.
He can't tolerate little pain also.

I don't think its his desire,he just says it ,i dont know why,but when we tell him that y r u saying this and scold him,then he says no i dont want to die. I will not die,sometimes also concerned about himself and says that i am mad, he says this to me also.
Today i am very sad,i hit him because he was troublesome by purposely leaving his body loose and try to fall off the chair,infact he fell off the chair,i scolded him a lot and hit him also a little,I love my brother very much. Then I apologised from him,then he said its ok while getting emotional and crying. Then he said i am hungry of love please don't beat me or scold me again. I told him if u fall we would be so hurt,my mom and i were trying to put him up,which became impossible so had to call someone for help. My intention of beating him was not wrong,i love him more than even my kids. I know how my heart is crying now,i have asked for forgiveness from Babaji also. May Waheguru forgive me. I m crying nd writing this post to you.
My hand and shoulders have almost gone vain due to lifting him and no sleep and rest from so many days.

Good morning doc, I slept little properly last night. Actually i made him sit after his physiotherapy session for around 5 hrs yesterday,its that time when he was slipping nd i scolded and hit him. He didn't pass any urine after 5 pm to 1 in the night. Some problem with the catheter again.
I could see some change. He sat on the chair very quietly not complaining much,yes was getting angry and gritted sometimes but was much much better. He slept at around 10 in the night and woke up at 2 again troubled by itching. Then he slept at 3 and again woke up at 6.30 in the morning,again itching,then slept again and woke up at 10and told that he has passed motion it was not ver solid not very loose. He passed 2-3 times.
He has become very understanding,not troubling so much. Also is it because i scolded or hit him that this change happened,but prior to scolding also he was sitting quietly on the chair not calling out much for us.
He is troubled by itching and some pain in the back,also due to severe itching has got lot of scratches on his back. Please help doc.

Some more questions we have totally stopped his kidney medicine,will it effect his creatinine levels.?
When to get his blood test done?

Yes there are eruption around 3-4,two are really little big and quite red,some 2-3 here and there.

Urine output has decreased,passing after very long duration, 7-8 hrs. Is it good or bad.
