You should have thought about this before starting treatment.
Your brother's life was wreked ever since he got married. He was diabetic since 20 years and he had his brain infract in Sep14. So, since last 20 years his health and life both have steadily slid from a high peak to a deep vally. You have been a patient witness to all this. It is just 3rd day since you have started on my treatment and you have asked me about 2 dozen querries and doubting my competance.
I am trying to lift him from that deep vally putting my several years experience to test and you are so inconfident about me?

I am sooooo sorry doc to offend you. I have complete faith in you. Plz dont be angry. I have never doubted on your treatment. Infact i am happy i got prescriptions from you infact i have told my sister and one of her friends also about you and even they have posted their problems in this forum my sister is jolly and her friend enquired just yesterday and i told her to address her problems directly to you. Plz dont misunderstand me. I apologise if u r hurt. I didn't mean to offend and hurt you. Its only my brother is in so much pain that i asked and in these 2 months we have been to nearly to 5 hospitals admitting and discharging him. My mom is old ,she also looks after him,then my husband stays there in the night. My sister comes a couple of times in the week. Everyone is disturbed due to his illness.
My intention was not to doubt ur capabilities, i am again sorry if i have done anything like that. Plz forgive me.

Also regarding my brothers behaviour, he is in this angry state most of the time. Pulling and trying to throw things, pulling somebody hand who is feeding him,throwing the glass of water from others hands, crying that he has having pain in his back, butts and shoulders, maybe bcoz of physiotherapy. He abuses also a lot, a cranky state. Plz help.

He passes a couple of times only in the morning and the rest of the day its fine. Now he has having sensation about his urine also and says that i want to pass urine but we have still put the urine bag bcoz sometimes if he doesn't say then he will wet the bed and himself. He also tries to remove the catheter.
He just bites away the pills doesn't keep in mouth for sometimes,is it ok.

It's ok if he eats the pills away. Just place them under his tongue.
No need to remove catheter now. Let him get proper control over his bladder.

Dear doc, since yesterday ie tuesday we are noticing that my brothers blood sugar levels are very much down ie 32,first we thought that thrs prob with the machine but our levels were coming right. Today also in the afternoon it was 32, and in the night prior ldinner it was the same. We gave him some sweet also. Secondly his blood pressure is around 180-110, 160,-96,201-120.
His fasting and pp sugar has also shown normal values. Is it possible this miracle that his sugar is in control.
Also regarding his behaviour it was less aggressive today. He didn't remove the catheter,and didn't shout too much.
What can be the reason for sugar going so low.

I am intervening because dr.kulkarni might have gone to sleep, and the sugar levels are too low.
Stop giving insulin immediately. Check blood glucose with another meter. Sometimes meters give erroneous readings.
32 is too low and dangerous. If another meter also shows same reading, keep feeding him fruit juices with sugar added. Check sugar levels every half an hour. If they don' t reach around 80 quickly, you may have to take him to a hospital emergency.

Yes its low but we gave him little jaggery and I checked again it was 260 then. We have stopped giving insulin.

Ok. Higher sugar levels for a short time don't pose any danger. Don't give insulin till you hear from Dr.Kulkarni.

One more important thing I wanted to mention. Its actually about my mother,she is a very dominating and talkative person, has more sympathy for others than her own kids,my brother had main grudge for these things on her. She used to lame him for any small thing and used to say u r not capable of doing this,that etc. My brother used to get very much hurt due to her talks,also he used to say that y she doesn't take her kids side and considers others more important than us. She can't say much things to me as i m the eldest and little strict on these things.but used to scold my brother a lot. A month prior to his stroke in july he was very angry on her and was constantly complaining to my sister abt her. Its not that she doesn't love or care for him,but only she wants her way and thinks every one should do as she says.

I strongly hope he would steadily improve now on. Just adjust his insulin and BP medicine doses. I think insulin doses could be reduced to at least half now and see if it's maintained. You may have to monitor sugar and BP and taper down the doses accordingly. Eventually, he may not require insulin at all. Lest's see.

I guessed these parameter changed maybe due to ur medicine. You know we don't need to give him insulin now as his sugar levels are going quite fine. Regarding his BP it's a little on a higher side,but we are giving him BP medicines. Hope his BP also maintains well like his sugar levels. His urine output is around 1.25_1.5 litres per day. His behavior is a little better now . He is trying to get up from the bed himself. You know we don't have a family history of hypertension or diabetes. Its just this my brother wen he got engaged to this first wife that he developed diabetes. Is this miracle possible that his diabetes will be off.

Can the homeopathic medicine cure him of his diabetes and blood pressure for always? Is it possible.

Miracles are not uncommon in 'Homeopathy'. It can produce such umpteen miracles only if it's given any chance.
I have observed one nature in you, you try to jump to conclusions impulsively and try to reach something in the sky ignoring more valuable things right in your own hands. At this stage you were not all expecting anyhting positive like this could happen which has happened. Instead of being happy about it you are asking immediately for more.
Please, first enjoy what you are already endowed with and let destiny decide what more it has got to offer you.

To be honest i was expecting something like this. Bcoz u know our family ihas full faith on homeopathy as we are never using much of allopathic medicines. From childhood we were given homeopathic medicines only. My grandfather was a very well known homeopath,his medicines used to go abroad also. He has treated some very critical cases also. But he is nomore. Infact he had prescribed medicines for my fathers paralysis wen he had it and it was me on whom he had complete trust so i gave it to to my father and can u imagine within two days he recovered. We never took him to a hospital he was treated at home only with these medicines. His paralysis relapsed after 5 yrs again,but my grandfather was no more then i gave him the medicine and he was fine. I was to pursue homeopathiy but due to marriage I couldn't. But my cousin , ome of my uncle are homeopathic doc. But i liked ur way of treating the problem. Its really appreciated. They dont give medicines like u do,thats the reason I didn't ask my cousin abt this. Even I have been reading quite a lot of homeopathic books. But i am really thankful and grateful to God and to you that you took this case of my brother. I want to meet you and thank you once he gets fine.

I just want to ask one thing. My husband stays with my brother for sometime. He is a person who makes fun of everything and talks a lot. He makes fun with my brother quite a lot but my brother gets very much irritated with all thi and shouts a lot and starts abusing him. But yesterday he was with my mom and he was not at all that irritating,was much relaxed. Is it good for his health to make him irritate like this. I have told my husband to stop all this,infact i have decided I will go and stay with him as he is very much comfortable with me. I think his BP also rises due to this shouting and irritation. Plz advise.
He has not passed stools today till now.

See your own sentences and decide. How can it be good? He needs some comfort, soothing, peace, etc. As you say, you may stay with him and help.
Do not worry about stool, etc. It's ok. Any change in his appetite, sleep?

He had been very abusive today. He didn't eat much today. Also his sleep is not very sound. Anyway I am here with him today so will check and inform again tomorrow.

Now we may have to change potency of his medicine. Just keep Nux vomica 200C, ready with you. It is not to be given until I advice.
