Homeopathic remedies are prescribed on the basis that in a tiny dilution like cures like, so while very dilute Moschus may help, unprocessed Moschus may be best avoided.

A remedy for hysteria and nervous paroxysms, Fainting fits and convulsions, catalepsy, etc. The characteristic condition begin worse by cold; there is great sensitiveness to air. Much nervous trembling and frequent fainting. Great flatulence. Diseases do not follow a normal course. Coldness. Tension in muscles, skin and mind.
First to third potency.
BETTER, in open air, rubbing. WORSE, cold. The open air is felt very, very cold.
Anxiety, with palpitation; starting as if frightened
Emotions, feelings, attitude, disposition; rage, fury (see insanity, mania, delirium)
Vertigo on least motion; sensation as if falling from a great height
Pressure on top of head
Sounds in ears as from the report of a cannon.
Compressive pain over root of nose
