Dear magic cure
What do you have to say about CINA.

I have visited busymominme's website and I believe she is truely an inspiration who has an enormous amount of wisdom, experience and knowledge to share with all of us.

She brought her son back to himself after much research and hardwork and in a very short amount of time.

It is worth giving her advice a try. She might save you a lot of hardship that she has already endured.

I am also wondering whether Joe De Livera has some ligitimate concerns with regards to using Arsenic after reading the link I have provided for you below. There obviously have been some concerns raised in the past with this remedy which I would not ignore. Afterall homeopathy is like trying to prove that ghosts exist.

Take care and may God look after you and your children and keep them healthy

Hi Shiny,

Cina has totally different picture of an acute asthmatic attack, and I personally do not feel that it matches to your son's symptomatology.

Regards.

Dear magic cure
Last night before going of to sleep i gave him Drosera 200c .He woke up at 1:00 A.M coughing, cough was little loose ,i gave him another dose of drosera he kept coughing fr the next 15 sec. after that cough stpped but for the next half an hour he was pretty much in distress. He was breathing using his abdominal muscles, was feeling shortness of breath .After every 5-6 short breaths he would take a deep breath. After that he slept woke up at 6:30 A.M for school but this time again he was coughing so i had to give him steroid inhaler as i did not want him to have another attack while in school.Long time back i had used Drosera 200c but without much result.I guess he needs something which would protect him from day and night attack.

Hi Shiny,

If he was relieved after taking Drosera, we will continue with the same prescription. Do not give him Drosera at bedtime, give it ONLY during attack, SOS.

In the morning, did you give steroid just as a preventive or was his cough strong enough which would have definitely terminated in an asthmatic attack?

Dear magic cure
Yesterday morning his cough was persistant and he was little wheeze and i did not want to take any chance with Drosera not working so i gave him steroid inhaler as a preventive.
Last night i again gave him Drosera at bed time ,which i will not from tonight ,he woke up at 00.05 A.M at night coughing, gave him Drosera and he slept not much discomfort was felt after Drosera .Woke up at 6:30 a.m had cough, was slightly wheezee but this time i gave him Drosera again, coughing stopped but he was still little wheeze so after 20 min gave him another dose no inhalers were used today.Let's see how he does in school today.
I have 2 questions.
1)Drosera did help in preventing an asthmatic attack but he is still having nocturnal attacks regularly. So it needs to be given as and when he gets an attack. But which remedy will stop these attacks from occurring all together.

2)Should Drosera be used during the morning uneasiness. As sson as he wakes up he starts coughing and is slightly wheezee though not much .

Hi Shiny,

Stopping the nocturnal attacks altogether is the ultimate goal of our treatment. First we will obviate the need to use inhaler, then we will reduce the frequency of attacks and then he will be cured of asthma. It is going to take some time, though.

As I had already explained, his constitutional remedy will help in stopping the attacks altogether, and will also help with his urticaria.

I understand your desire to cure him as soon as possible, but there are no shortcuts in Homoeopathy, so, Please be patient.

Take care...

Dear magic cure
Yesterday he did not take the inhaler at all,but i am keeping my fingers crossed.Last night i did not give him Drosera so as usual he slept at 9:00 P.m but woke up at 10:30 P.M ,coughing though i must say that it was not that scary this time and after about 5-6 coughs he slept again but again woke up again ,i didn't check the time but it was towards morning could be 3:00 a.m so gave him another dose and he slept through .No cough in the morning so went to school without taking any medicine.
So these were practically the first 2 days without any kinds of inhalers. Can't thank you enough for taking out so much time and bearing with my impatience.

Hi Shiny,

Give him SINGLE DOSE of KALI CARB 200, 5-6 pills at bedtime. SINGLE DOSE ONLY, ONLY FOR ONE NIGHT.

This is his constitutional remedy. You can still give Drosera SOS.

Post back daily about his condition,

Take care...

Gave my son Kali Carb 200 ,Single Dose at night will not repeat it as instructed he woke up at 23:40 hrs coughing had to give him Drosera and after that slept peacefully.Do we have to wait and watch the effect of kali carb.
Anyway no steroids or even asthalin has been used,so there is progress.Touch wood.

Hi Shiny,

We dont have to give him steroid inhalers anymore, that IS a BIG improvement in a short period of time, for a chronic illness such as asthma. Its been only three weeks, and we are doing just great.

Regarding your question about 'time modality' of aggravation between 3-4 am, I have already taken this symptom into consideration, and we are already giving him Kali Carb..

Regards

magicure last decade
Dear magiccure
Sorry i think i wasn't clear enough. My wuestion to you is that fr Kali the "time modality " aggravation is 3-4 a.m ,wheras he has always had an attack between 23:30 hrs-1:00 a.m .
Also he has caught up cold ,i am giving him Ferrum phos 30X 2 tab 3 times a he seems to be better but is having little dry cough ,has gone to school .I gave him Drosera to keep with him in case he gets spasmodic cough.Should i give him Drosera in case he starts to cough more.I will have to control the situation now bef. it gets bad.

Dear John
I will try an answere as closel as possible though i don't remember the exact dates:

1)He has been clinically diagnosed for having urticaria from the past one year ,it started when he was taking tretment for asthma from a homeopath,he said it's a ggod sign. But could never control it even by trying various remedies .For sometime he undertook anti allergic but would relief him till the effect of the medicine lasted but he never used any creams or steroids for this condition. He undertook naturopathy treatment for urticaria ,he is almost allright except for aggravations though only mild under the foll: conditions :
a)Whenever he gets angry
b)after undressing
c)after taking bath
d)if someone hits him or he bumps into something
that portion gets long lines and worsens if he scratches them.

Vaccinations received
B.c.g ,DPT ,HEPATITIS-B,HIB,MEASLES,MMR,TYPHOID,CHICKEN POX,HEP-A

ASTHMA
My son is going to be 7 years in June ,He was clinically diagnosed as an asthmatic at the age of 4 years.

Fear of dogs
He was bitten by a stray dog last year (5 yrs then)since then he is afraid of them.Otherwise one of our friends has a pet dog and he tries to play with her .

Rubs nose while crying or irritable. After taking bath .I would say that there are times when he rubs his nose though not always.
Yeah sneezes a lot.Sneezes whenever body expreinces change of temp. e.g going to a cold room ,coming out of a cold room,if facing an a/c directly or even before catching a cold.

Catches cold also because of change in temp.

Likes to sleep with the covers.Uses an allergy proof pillow though not the cover but i make sure that he changes the cover thrice a week.

Sleeps with his mouth open.Could be the cause of nocturnal cough.

Uses only dove soap and nothing else.Is not using any medicine fr skin ailment.

Uses corticosteroid inhaler and asthalin fr asthama as earlier explained.

Started getting barking cough ever since the age of 2 years, before that had a problem of reflux though i never new at that time what was happening .So he was never treated fr it.He use to get barking cough repeatedly which the pediatrician termed as stridor and he was repeatedly treated for URI and stridor with antibiotics .The doc said he will eventually come out of it by the time he is 4 and he indeed did but after that the barking cough turned into spasmodic one..

Hope i have answered all your questions.
This time i am relying on homeopathy to cure him hope all can help.

Brgds
