Please take a dose (one pill) of Graphites 200c.

Just one single dose, no more. Stop all other homeopathic remedies.

Report back with any & all changes observed.

For your fissure, unless the persistent mechanical cause of fissure i.e. constipation is not removed, it will not heal. So we have to address your constipation ASAP.

You have two options, either improve your diet for at least a week to ensure that you don't have slightest bit of constipation or take Mik of Magnesia as per directions on the bottle for a week to ensure you have soft stool.

Once that is done, get Calendula ointment and apply it outside and inside the anus after every time you pass stool or urinate. It will heal the fissure.

Start eating yogurt with live cultures e.g. Dannon, at least 5 table spoons everyday. It will work wonders for all of your symptoms.

The other option instead of Milk of Magnesia which I prefer more is Psyllium Husk taken with at least a glass full of water daily.

Thank you. I will try that - but will have to order it.
