There are not many drops of pus but it is enough to make a yellow/brown dried crust on the abscess. The color around the abscess is turning black like before.

I have finished the 3 days of Alumen 200c that you recommended. In the course of those 3 days, the area around abscess has lightened up a bit. The abscess has constant cloudy/yellow pus for the first two days but yesterday it stopped but got very itchy (yesterday and today). The sinus track that I saw is still there but it is much less defined than before. Before it almost looked like a vein, now it is very faint and much smaller. Mentally, I am very calm and relaxed. Physically, I have been excerising more this month than all others. I feel good.
The abscess has a crust on it still. It is very rough to the touch. But the size appears to be smaller than before.

I have taken the Alumen 200c for an additional 3 days as you recommended. The abscess continuous to shrink in size. The bump is small but it looks blood-filled. I have had a small amount of a blood/pus mixture discharge from the abscess over the last couple of days- but only a few drops. The area around the abscess continues to lighten. Instead of being very dark, it is now almost the color of my skin but with a grayish/ashy look. The sinus track is smaller as well. It isn't completely gone but it appears to be headed in that direction.

There is much to report. I had to stop used the Berberis Vulgaris Q on the second day out of the 4 days you recommended. For some reason I had a deep tissue abscess grow very rapidly on my left groin area. When I stopped taking the Berberis Vulgaris Q, I noticed that it started to go away.
Unfortunately, I get these from time to time because of the Hidradenitis Suppurativa. The last time I experienced this was in June 2011 I had to go to an urgent care center while I was on vacation in south carolina because I had a rapid growing deep tissue abscess there. Once they opened it an drained it, it healed very quickly. I'm glad that this time I did not have to go through that as it was very painful.
Like I said, when I stopped the Berberis Vulgaris Q, the abscess stopped too. Unsure if this is related but definitely wanted to tell you.
As for the Pilonidal cyst, it has stopped the blood pus discharged and started to have just pus. Very cloudy white/yellow. The area around the abscess is the same- no improvement on the color but it is still better looking that it used to be. Also, when I was experiencing the deep tissue abscess on my groin area, I had pain in the pilonidal cyst area as well. Now, it is not painful anymore but it is a little bigger than it was- since is was shrinking very well. Also, the color of the pilonidal abscess is not blood filled as it was when we last posted. Now, it is a pale pink again but there is small a scab on it.
Mentally, I am relaxed. I have nothing pressing going on in my life. I have still been excerising more and it is a goal of mine this year to continue my weight loss journey.
Please let me know what you think is happening.

The pus was coming out thick, now it is more liquid. The pus looks cloudy when coming out the abscess but stains yellowish on my underwear. There has been several drops- it has been very consistent in the past day.

Quick update, the drops have slowed down today. I have not had many at all today and the size of the abscess has shrank a little bit too. Only bad part is that the area is sensitive- not quite painful but not ok either.
