Pilonidal cyst/Hidradenitis Suppurativa _{Page 11 of 12}

Hi Nawaz,

I took the sulphur and the pain in the absces has gone. This I am grateful for. Unfortunately I have a new problem with my hidridenitis suppuritva. I have a deep tissue abscess not visible from the surface about 4 inches south of my pilondial cyst. This problem is not in my rectum but feels very close to it. I am usually very regular with my bowel movements an have not been over the last two days. The reason I can tell what it is is because its pressure pain just like when I get these under my breast or armpit. The area south of my pilondial cyst is red going all the way down the rest of my butt. It is very painful and sore due to the pressure. These things are usually filled with pus. Do u have a remedy to help this drain? I really need help. I feel so discouraged. Everytime I make strides in one area something else happens to take away my progress. Last night I took a very hot shower an this helped with pain. Please help Nawaz. Western medicine has failed me. I don't know what to do.

No Nawaz. I thinks it quite the opposite! I feel like you are my only hope to relief. Lately I've just felt in pain more often than usual and that is discouraging. It sucks to be young an have these type of chronic problems that cause phyiscal pain. Sometimes it makes me sad emotionally. Right now I feel better mentally than when I wrote earlier but phyiscally its the same soreness and pressure pain. I just wanted you to know that I treasure your advice.

I haven't been taking anything for the pain. Last summer I hurt my stomach on pain pills- NSAIDS mainly advil- so ever since I just don't take them. I took one dose of sulphur u reccommended a couple days ago and other than that I haven't taken anything.

I have the following remedies:

Arsenicum album 200 c
Sulphur 200 c
Calendla q
Berberis vulg q
Calcarea sulphurica 200 c
Mercurius solubilis 200 c
Alumen 200 c
Myristica seb 6 c
Hypericum perforatum 200 c
Belladonna 200 c

Out of what you suggested for pain I only have the hypericum so I will take that for now.

I have a problem. I only have enough myristica seb to complete tonite. That means I'm unable to complete the 3 days u reccommended- only 2.

The perianal abscess still hurts very bad. When I take the hypericum it helps briefly and the pain comes back. Right now I am shaky an feel very weak.

The area is red in color an hot to touch. It is clearly swollen an inflammed. Please help.

Thank you. I will order the myristica seb and the calc sulph when I get home from work.

I already have Calc Sulp 200c, is this the same thing? Also, I just went to the restroom and noticed that the perianal abscess is leaking pus and blood, the odor is very strong. I think it's about to burst. I wish I could go home and attend to this :(

Anyway, given my new circumstance, should I still take the belladonna for now? I hope that all of the contents drain and the inside tissue heals.

Hi Nawaz,

The perianal abscess burst shortly after our last conservation. It took a few days to drain completely. initially it was dark yellow pus then it was brght green and eventually no pus - only bright red thick blood. I checked the area today as it has been very itchy and I saw a small hole. Inside the hole is pinkish flesh - no discharge.

The pilondial cyst throughout this ordeal has flattened almost to normal. The discoloration area around the cyst is still there. Oddly enough I have experienced no problems with the cyst while I have been dealing with the perianal abscess.

Phyically I've been pain free - although more gasy than normal. Emotionally I've been stable and claim. Also I'm still waiting on the replacement remedies to arrive.

Nothing. The last remedy I took was the 3 days of belladonna you recommended.

Hi Nawaz,

Just wanted to update you. I took the sulphur 200c a couple days ago as you recommended. Today the pilondial cyst was swollen when I woke up. It feels hard and warm to the touch. The hole from the perianal cyst that I had a week or so ago is still there. I haven't expereienced any discharge from either. Right now I am feeling sort of a pressure pain from the pilondial cyst. I am in school this weekend so I have been seated or long periods of time. Please advise.

Hi Nawaz,

I just wanted to let you know that the pilondial cyst is beginning to drain. Earlier today it released copious amounts of blood and pus. Initially it was a light red, sort of coagulated with debris(maybe clusters of pus?), but now it's strictly blood (bright red liquid blood). I am on day 2 of the belladonna 200C, still one more day to go. The pressure pain is gone but the area is very sore.

Hi Nawaz,

Over the past several days the pilondial cyst has reduced signifiantly in size. Luckily the drainage has stopped as well. My only issue is that almost daily it scabs, then the scab gets caught on my underwear, and scabs again. The area is dry and dark but under the scab it is red and very soft tender.

I have not taken any other remedies since your last recommendation.

Hi Nawaz,

Today is day 2 on the sulfur 200C you recommended. I am noticing that the area is starting to swell again and it is becoming painful from pressure. Should I continue with the sulfur treatment or is something else warranted?

Please advise.
