Dear Nawaz, after Silicea dose feeling of tiredness is slightly lesser than before.

In terms of constipation, I don't feel anything different after this silicea dose but since today morning I have had 3 BMs. It must be due to something I ate yesterday (black lentil - masoor daal ocassinally upsets my stomach in past few years).

Pain in fistula appears off and on but pain/discomfort is NOT excessive.

Blood flow is less but still present. Blood streak is still observable on TP after BM.

Please advise on next course of action for me.

Hi AbFisRidden,

Please take Hypericum 200C, daily one dose before going to sleep, for 5 days.

During the day, please take Calendula 1X, 3 times a day, for 5 days.

Thanks for the response.Please find the update below :

- This afternoon 2-3 drops of half white color thick pus drained.

- Followed by that 1 drops of blood mixed pus drained as well.

- The pain is reduced now.

Nawaz, please let me know what medicine I Need to carry with me. I am leaving home tomorrow and will be back only after 3 weeks almost.

i could not make it to the doctor... anyways hv plans for next week in the mean time my those glands are actually like clots they are not of any shape but feels clots inside the skin. past two days my body is painig toomuch .
the same hip pain and ribs pain has started.
fistula is the same 1-2 drops os thin blood oozes out daily.

inshallha will have some solution to it.

Dear Nawaz, I took Hepar Sulph 200 dose yesterday night.

Since yesterday evening (before the dose) I am having burning sensation around anus and was having discomfort and pain around fistula mount.

Today morning blood observed on TP after BM, was more than usual.

I shall continue with 2 more doses of Hepar Sulph 200 as advised.

Dear Nawaz, I don't think there was any aggravation due to Hepar Sulph. I took second dose this morning and will take 3rd dose after some time.

My sleep was ok yesterday night. Fistula pain/discomfort and burning sensation is better now as compared to what it was in the morning.

One question you had advised Calendula 1X. I am thinking of ordering medicines. Please advise if I need Calendula 3X, 6X alongwith Calendula 1X ?

Dear Nawaz, I shall order Calendula 1X. Today's update is that blood streak on TP, itching, burning sensation and a bit of pain around fistula mount persists even though it is lesser than what it was couple of days back.
