fistula and perianal abscess

hi,
I am suffering from peri anal abscess since December 2021.
I have been on homeopathy since the first day. My doctor prescribed Myristica 0/3, then heper Sulphur 0/3, then Acid Nitric 0/3 then again Myristica 0/3. My Doctor says there is already a fistula canal, that causes the swelling and the intermittent drainage.
The abscess drains sometimes providing some relief. Blood and pus drains. The draining continues for 3-4 days then stops. Once it stops, the swelling returns along with mild paid, occasional burning sensation inside the anus and irritation. At present I am on Myristica0/3,taken once daily in the morning.
Please suggest whether this condition will be cured by homeopathy or I need surgery

In addition have SILICEA 6X,CALC SULPH 6X FIVE TABS OF EACH THREE TIMES A DAY.

FEEDBACKS EVERY 7 DAYS.
