->Burning: Feeling whole day, i think due to two times BM

->pain: Due to Seton when i take shower for cleaning.

Please find the update below:

- LAte in the evning today, some brown color pus drained which was little thick in 3-4 drops.

- Followed by that some watery liquid drained as well.

- Some pain reamins after that.

- No itching.

Also, Nawaz as I told you I wil be leaving to India tomorrow. Can you please let me know the medicines that I need to carry as well as to buy ?

Answers of ur question:

'What are you taking on daily basis, food and remedies?'

->Remedies: 3 dose of 2 pills of Natrum Sulph.6X, Hypericum 200C 2 dose per day, and cleaning with Calendula Q after BM.

->Food: Fruits (Apple, banana, sweat lime, orange,Paron), different type of Vegitables, patatoes, carrot, rice, and chappati of wheat floor .

'Is the blood coming from rectum with the stool OR from the fistula tube?

Blood came from lower wound where seton is placed.

But yesterday was fine after bleeding.

'What happened to your appointment?'
Its really very tough to get the appointment here with the same doctor who has done the surgery. I got the appointment for Friday morning.

I do eat vegitables and fruits in good quantniy to prevent my self from constipation.

'Do you bloat? Are there any other stomach issues?'
I don't have any other stomach issues.

'So, you don't take any meat?'
I don't eat read meat, but before this problem i used to eat chicken and fish. Now i avoid to eat any kind of nonveg.

Hello Nawaz,

I have some question for u:

I got the appointment for Friday morning for the removal of the seton.
But still the PUS is continuously draining from the lower wound and after removal of setone the wound will be closed soon. So when the PUS would not get the route to drain out then again it would convert into the packet of the PUS called as ABSCESS.

Should i wait first to get stop the drainage of the PUS from the lower wound.
1. Do we have a medicine which helps to stop the draining of the PUS from the lower wound at least as soon as possible??

2. Why still my Lower wound where seton is fixed is infected?
Now i don't feel any pain in my anal during BM, but stil the pus is draining.

Above the anus. It only bothers me when I'm sitting on it. It feels like I'm sitting on a tiny pebble.

Very light blood discharge. Notice it mostly when I use toilet paper. I see specs of light red. Hard to tell at times whether its pus or blood.

Chronic. I usually have to give some effort to move the stool. I use supplements and coffee to help with elimination.

6. How about the itching and burning in detail, if any?

I will have periods of extreme itching between the butt cheeks. It gets very intense. Usually I get burning and pain together. It seems like itching and burning rotate.

7. How is your energy level and state of mind other than the one you already described?

I'm usually pretty tired and lately, I can't stay up as late as I used to. I feel pretty fatigued after work.

Other health issues include a throat cyst and tonsilectomy, jaundice as a baby, I had minor toe surgery.

a blend of various homeopathics. Not sure all of the ingredients. Prescribed by my doctor.

I see another homeopath for spiritual needs. The mixture he's provided uses white corn, hops, blue violet, and Jamaican dogwood 2 times a day. I believe it's assisting with my anxiety and general depression.
