I was just recovering from throat/cold/loss of voice but today I feel 'sick'.
I was very sleepy after meal in afternoon. On reaching home, I tried to sleep but couldn't.
By evening stomach was feeling 'eroded' like earlier problem. Then fever.
I am very afraid, anxious, worried of this sickness. It was cured but come back.
Pantodac and Crocin.

Now I have dry cough. I am very worried becasue it doesn't stop by anything except Antima Tart 6.
Actually I was having 30 to 60 % improvement these years. But we have perhaps undone much of partial benefit in trying to look of higher similium and more permanent improvement.
Oh as of today I just want to get back to partial improvement stage.
I am really very afraid if I have gone back to stage when I used to have fright, fever, stomach 'rub bruise and burning' feeling. This used to bring Hb down whereas in past 3 years my Hb was good.
I feel very afraid and helpless.

Please take just 1 dose of Sulphur LM1.
1 drop in 500 ml spring water, and take a teaspoon.
Report in 72 hours.

This is after my previous post. I had taken Calpol (Paracet. 500) in evening. Yesterday night, I suddenly felt fever with much shivering. It was intolerable so I took a tab of Cefixime 200 mg antibiotic.
Now:
The fever did come down by 1 am, say. Then I had a severe headache. It became more severe and got 'nauseating' by early morning. I felt that there was band on forehead.
Finally, I just couldn't get up and go to office. The headache kept on. I missed imp meeting. My wife gave me Crocin Pain Relief.
Then we went to nearby gen. physician. He knows my problems (and like so many allopathic and homeopathic doctors), he is hesistant to give me medicines.
Anyway, he examined (and took BP too). Then he asked me NOT to take antibiotic and take only Calpol when needed.
The indigestion+Pantodac+antibiotic generated headache subsided a bit from 11 am to 3:30 pm but again picked up. Finally I had to take another Calpol at 4 pm.
From 6:30 pm the headache has nearly gone now.
But the terrible troubles in the past 24 hours have taken away a lot from me.
I am really still very frightened.
Of course, family members, mother, etc. are disturbed.
(For this tpye of acute trouble I used to take Ars. Alb. 200 and come out quite well.)
(I took two doses of 'Pransudha', the common ailments medicines having 'kapoor' and 'ajwain' since heaache was not stopping.)

Later I had to take Gelusil. Then Calpol by noon. Then Pantodac by 5 pm and then again Crocin PR by 7 pm since left-right headache was picking up.
I had no option.
1. I have some prayer routine that I don't skip even when things are worse. Last 2-3 years I had missed it only 2 times. Even with severe headaches/fever my determination had been winner. But this time I just gave away. Since 2-3 days I haven't lighted in. stick, a must do for me. I have just left it. My body just didn't want to get up. (Before Sulphur) You can imagine the level of deterioration. And I am avoiding filling the post with other troubles - Dry skin full of white flakes as usual but now wrinkles, body suddenly light, lying on side, the ribs hurt due to thinness, changing stools, and on and on....
2. Overall it turned out to be 5 day weekend, but I couldn't manage any tasks at home.
3. I have observed that it is very cold winter here but the afternoon sun feels very hot. Instead of sun-bath, staying in sun was inclining me to headache, fever and nausea. This is 2 pm and I find that intense sun was difficult to tolerate (strong winter also there).
4. Yesterday I took Antax 0.25 mg to get good sleep. But I was not sleeping properly. After midnight I realized that I had high fever. For about an hour it was intense. In my delirium/trauma I started planning of my medical leave. But surprisingly the fever died down enough in 2 hours. In the morning it was still very hard to get up. I thought of visiting office doctor and sat in bus. But finally I am in office. I have done that tens of times for parents, for mother. Today was tougher but I have come.
5. In these 2-3 days I get fever in the time after 12 noon time and in the night after midnight. Not very sure but it appears so. No Crocin taken. My surgery/splenectomy started with chronic malaria. Once at 7 (typhoid+mal.). Then again at 9-10 yrs. Later suspected but not detected during college. Then after an year, varices, enlarged spleen, bleeding, surgery.
I HAVE STARTED TO HAVE A FEELING THAT MY MAIN PROBLEM THROUGHOUT IS FEAR+FEVER+PITTA which are all related. (Presently includes office tension/fear rather than craving for appreciation/recognition.) I will write later.

1. Since few days it feel as if 'pet chheel gaya hai', sore, inflammed. Makes me bend.
2. Since a day regular slight but disturbing pain in left chest and back. I can put finger tip. This is related to stomach.
3. Constant burning in blood vessels going from left shoulder (outer) to wrist.
Fever post noon. Compelled to take simple Crocin in office at 4 pm.
People still talking of 'sardi waalee awaz'.

Hmm.. okay one final try to Lachesis in an LM2 potency:
This time the dose is extremely low:
8 hits to the LM2 bottle
1 drop in 250 ml water, stir with spoon.
Take 1 spoon from there in another 250 ml water, stir with spoon.

Though I took another Crocin at 4pm just after writing here, fever was in control later. I had loose stool, as if food didn't even move in 10 hours.

Let us wait a little then. If fever nearly/fully vanishes, you can suggest next step. (I prefer not to take anything homeo, not Lachesis too.)

After a 'hopeful' post I am again afraid, anxious. Last post was about yesterday and today. After the post today I had to go to toilet in office by 4:30 pm.
Loose stools, yellow, with yellow food lumps. Stools with burst. I got drowsy/sleepy with dehydration later. Body temp. slightly less immediately after but slight fever afterwards. I just couldn't sit properly so took Crocin.
Kept sleeping in bus.
Dear Sameer, should we treat this acute problem first? If we ask any allopath, he/she will say it is stomach infection due to food eaten outside in afternoon and due to weather change. Yes it is stomach/indigestion fever also.
After trouble of these 10 days, I find my hands/nails a bit pale after long time. My Hb may have dropped. I hope it isn't jaundice/hepatitis. I get light coloured urine in between some yellow urines.
No not easy to test Hb and bilirubin.

And I haven't still talked of small red boil between eyebrows, stinging pain and sore pain between left ear and left throat again on getting up in morning. (Came down later.)
It wasn't there till 4 am. Then I took bath. One reason that actually it is less cold that time. Other reason, do not ask.
Food just 'stays' in intestine and rumbling noise continuously.
Very high tinnitus noise in left ear most of the time.
Please do something to make me feel good for just 4-5 days initially....

Calm down. Nothing is going to happen to you. Let us wait till you are comfortable.
After that please take a double dilution dose of Lach LM2 as advised above.

After supper, I have constant urge to pass loose stools. It is turning into full diarrhea. I am trying a lot and controlling it. It is such a cold winter also.

If I manage to sleep, I will see your response tomorrow before going to office and take any remedy you tell. Should i take Aloe Soc for the moment? (Just a thought.)

I am totally exhausted, worn out. Body just not moving. Gravy like stools. small lumps of clotted blood on blowing nose.

After that I pulled cover and was in bed. I have low fever again. I took Crocin.

I have more small reddish boils on skin.

One observation is strong.
30 doesn't act much and 1M spoils matters. Even LM1 and LM2 aggravate my problems.
200c is suitable most of the time and then we must go to LM3 at least.

You can take allopathic help right now if you want. No homeopathic intervention please.

It doesn't seem to be homeopathic 'similimum' reaction. I feel it is just a reaction. Similimum aggravation comes very soon and goes very fast with a great feeling. (Sorry for incorrect terms.)
And I do not have this kind of problems. It feels like remedy did nothing. I already had indigestion/'pitta', stomach infection, etc. which got altered somewhat by Sulphur (and was triggered earlier by Nux esp. due to its potency). Nux LM3 /Sulph LM3 would have much different reactions.
Anyway.

I agree, this case is going no where since it began. I have been trying my best but nothing is bringing any long term relief. You have to understand that this is a forum based setting, and the success rate cannot be 100%.
You might want to try some other practitioner (on the forum or in your local area). I have said this earlier as well, but with the kind of anxiety you have about your health, it is very difficult to handle your case online.
I can tell you a good classical homeopath in the Mumbai area and you can consult him.

I have reasons. I won't describe all that.
At present I will only add that I had not seen your post and already contacted a sutdent of Dr. P. Vijaykar in my city. The doc who tried to treat me once did not take my case later. Last week she said that she did not know of anybody esp. of their 'pred. homeo.' method in the city. She said I should contact Mumbai.

Till then, I know you have the right to deny, and I know it is not on personal but technical basis but....but I request you to let me deicde if I do not want your help and that won't be because of any lacuna on your part. Yes I know you have and are going to try your best. It would be only due to forum limitation (and when I will get a good local homeopath).
Give me time so that we will start afresh. I will try to write only 5-7 points each in just 2-3 lines. When you suggest a remedy I will take it and report only when you ask. When I report, I will write only 2 to 5 lines. I definitely have problems (and anxiety) but if very acute and desperate, I will take allopathy.
I will write about present state when you ask and only what you ask. No 'sorry' and 'ifs and buts' from me. Just as you say.
