Silica and Scars. What is Silica? What are Acne Scars??? Page 9 of 26

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Hi,
I use emu oil mixed with lavendar and manuka oil to fight bactera for acne. So yeah i do, i dont think that it would effect the silica though.

Good luck.

I was reading first page and kulpeep says to start with low potency and gradually increase it. Does that mean that we wean ourselves off of this stuff very slowly? he said low potency is temporary. high potency is permanent. does anybody else use more than just the top 1/3 of water? I used about half because it all looks the same. heavy stuff on the bottom no where near the halfway point.

I just have a couple of question, how do you heat up the rocks? And do you break them while hot, or let them cool down? Also, how do you use the top 1/3rd of the bottle without disterbing the rest? Sorry for all the questions, I just want to make sure I do it right.

I dont think it matters if they are hot. Just dont burn yourself. the hotter the dryer though if you live in a humid enviroment.

Ok, one more question. I have no idea what 20grams of a rock looks like, can anyone tell me how much of the ground rock powder they use? Like 2 tbsp. or whatever. Thank you!

ok, I just tried to break my rocks, and they wouldn't break. I heated them in my oven on 350 for 20 min. was this not long enough? would letting them sit in the windowsil for a few days work? or is there some trick to breaking them? Maybe I got rocks that are really hard to break...are you supposed to use small rocks?

shaunakeltner last decade
Shaun,
I used the tiny rocks that you find in the sand that is used to make cement. It comes in big bags.
Bigger rocks are far harder to break.

Day 34

Im still breaking out like crazy. Big bad acne, worse than Ive had for years. Only a few, mostly its just small ones that come and go quick. My blackheads, that have been a lot more prominent since silicea, are starting to turn into whiteheads, about 2 or 3 a day, but theres lots of them that need to come up on my nose :(

My skin is back to being really oily.

I still have lots of activity on red marks and random other places too.

We'll see I think this might take a while and make me break out a lot while its healing, fingers crossed..

Its just hard after being practically acne free for a year before silicea.

back to being oily skin? is your body getting used to the silica or something? or are you eating stuff you shouldnt be eating or drinking? im not breaking out any more or less since taking the silica and skin is less oily.

hotty198 last decade
I know that it says to not drink coffee while on this, but is that just large amounts? Would a cup a day be ok?

shaunakeltner last decade
Hi beaker,
How about lowering your dosage to 2x a day in stead of 3x, see if that helps.
Im sure thing will get better soon.

windwaker last decade
Also, you could do a couple of enemas to get rid of the build up of toxins that might be breaking you out.

Day 36

Enemas, lol, the idea deosn't really appeal, hehe.

Im not sure exactly of the potency of the stuff Im using cos its homemade, so I wouldn't know if it was closer to 2x or 3x.

At the moment its only small spots coming up again, and bigger ones are healing. It improves and I think phew then it gets worse again, grr.

No Im not eating or drinking things I shouldn't be Im a complete health freak with food.

I am just looking at it that maybe it's a good thing all this stuff is coming up, in the long term.

I am doing green clay face mask every day too to help it all come out, so maybe that is contributing.

I didn't go out all weekend cos of my huge spot on my cheek :(

Hows everyone else getting on, things continuing to improve?

are people still seeing improvement with their scars? Do you guys think it is more benificial to red marks or indented scars? Oh, and has it helped anyones rolling scars?
sorry about all of the questions, I really want to try this but Im haveing problems finding small enough rocks, and I cant find any place around where I live that sells pavement stuff or art supplies. arggg. Its finally warming up though, so I may have to take my kids for a nature walk...lol. I was also wondering, where I live theres mostely red sand stone, and the dirt has a lot of clay, is that going to effect my outcome at all?

Im curious about the rolling and indented scars as well. THis silica will help them right? I hope??

enemas for acne?? so all of this time I could of had a clear face thanks to my garden hose?

hotty198 last decade
Hey hotty,
LOL no you dont use a hose pipe lol, you have to either buy an enema kit (not expensive) or go and get a colonic (expensive). I am just starting internal cleansing myself (bowel/colon cleanse, parasite cleanse and a liver flush). Check out www.curezone.com, and click on cleansing then just read read and read. Many ppl have got clear from them with others saying that they helped greatly.

ok, I know that I have a lot of questions, sorry!
I had an emergency c-section with my son, who is a bit over 3 now. SO, I have a decent sized scar on my lower abdomine, and in my uterase. Does anyone know if I could have some adverce reactions to the silica trying to get rid of the scar tissue in my uterace? I have emailed dr.kuldeep, but haven't receaved a reply. thank you.

Hi. This is a question for kuldeep or for anyone else who is knowledgeable on the subject and would be able to tell me.
I have begun kuldeep's recommended regimen for acne (hepar sulfur, safi, neem). But I have become concerned, because I came across an article on the web which states that SAFI contains potentionally dangerous amounts of Arsenic: 40 x that permitted in medications. The article states that heavy metals like Arsenic accumulate in the vital organs, eventually causing disease and other problems. So I am assuming that every time one takes a dose of Safi, more arsenic is being accumulated in one's body.
After reading this article, I feel a little too afraid to take the Safi, but Kuldeep states the remedy won't be effective unless the Safi is taken.
What should I do?

to find the articles go to google and search under the terms "safi, arsenic"

sobresaliente last decade
Hi,
I never knew that, if you are throubled by this then stop the safi until kuldeep replys.

still on the silica. face is breaking out in 3 to 4 places. not bad. but very red and irritated. is this a good sign? does taking silica while sweating have any advantage/disadvantage? I still dont see any major improvement besides the initial small transformation within the 1st week.

Day 44 of homemade silicea
Day 16 of Phytolacca Berry MT

Is anyone else taking the Phytolacca? If so did you get flu symptoms. Im either getting flu or it's that. Last night I started to get a sore throat, today it worsened and this evening I have fever, feel like Im going to throw up constantly, have congested nose and very sore throat. Im skipping todays dose of the Phytolacca (I take 5 drops in mug of warm water once a day normally) not sure if skipping is the best plan but I just feel awful and can't miss work tommorow so Im desperate.

Regarding my skin, I've been trying to wait for good news to post but my skin is awful again, breaking out still. Since one week into taking the silicea my skin has been worse than at any point in my life before, Im still waiting for improvement.

I am still noticing changes, now in almost all my red marks (maybe the phytolacca is responsible for some of this?). These changes (as appose to imporvements) are all I have as a reason to continue with this. The changes are in the texture of the marks, some are becoming more raised, whiteheads appearing nearby, layers of skin peel off almost daily from others.

Also around 40% of my blackheads have gone and the others look eager to go, but wont be offered any manual persuasion.

My face still feels tingly and itchy in different places throughout the day.

Im still eating healthy, as always and drinking lots of water, as always.

This is so hard but I want to at least stick to this for 3 months.

Hows everyone else getting on? how long people been on it, what improvements etc?
