hi, i did read wht u said abt diffrent personalities...
can u tell me wht is my personality, although, i think i can fit into the silicia cotegory.. i do feel cold most times, i'm quite scared of injections,my feet and palms are rather cold most times.. although my head feels hot.. i'm loosing hair terribly.. can u help me out..

dear kuldeep,
yes i am stubborn.. sometimes. i also feel cold even in normal temperature as compared to others. my feet and palms are always cold.i do not sweat much.
i have alwys and i think still am (a bit) extremist..
eg,during my exams.. i wuold study like crazy. would sleep only for 2 or 3 hrs maximum... if i decide to work out, then it has to be a complete work out. if i know i'm not gona be able to complete it.. i wont even do a little.
i' v been trying to meditate and relax.. but honestly..
i just cant seem to concentrate on anything anymore..because of mu hair loss.
i also have very thick evebrows.. and eyelashes.. but i dont knw why my hair loss is just not stopping.

Im back on the homemade silicea (have been for just over a week), just once a day, at night.
I broke out badly from it the first time but I have now discovered that the longevity of me breaking out (the full 3 months I was on it) may have been incorrect.
I started taking some herbs that affected my hormone balance AFTER I started the silicea, so I just assumed it was still the silicea making me break out.
When I stopped the silicea I carried on breaking out, so I have stopped the herbs, got my acne under control again and now I have a ton of new red marks !
So Im back on the silicea, I will keep people posted, sorry for the confusion.
Im so frustrated I went through many months of hiding away (I literally lost my life, everything) and now my face is littered with all these new scars/marks because of this mistake :(
Im just hoping silicea can help me again without breaking me out.

My two cents worth. We do not use Silica as told by Kuldeep, but directly drink 2-3 sips of water in which the pebble is ground and put. I pour fresh water to the extent needed for a day or two and drink it.
My 18 yr old neice had black marks on her feet due to friction from sandals in the past. The homeopathic drop did not help her though she took it for 3 months, but the silica water as I call it has faded her black marks in only two weeks. Yes it is still to go fully, but still...

I have been reading this forum since February...asking for advice on another panel (the one titled, "Any remedy for acne Scars?") I have been reading everything you have been saying has happened to you since you began taking silica and it is exactly like my situation. I took the silica for a month for my scars....showed great improvements. My acne was not that bad at that point. Then, I began breaking out worse than ever in my life. I have been hiding from people, lost a man (I can't help but feel it's because of the bad case of acne), etc. I continued taking silica for a couple of months but it wasn't getting any better. My face was AWEFUL....cheeks and jawline just covered in bumps (and not necessarily where there were ever any scars...I have never even had an acne problem on my jawline before!). I was so scared that silica would continue to ruin my life so I stopped a few months ago, but all this acne just continued. I have not taken ANY other herbs that may have screwed up the treatment as you said you have. So I am wondering if you have had any progress going back on the silica?? Nothing else is helping me. I used to be able to help control my breakouts with creams, and peels, but none of these things are working on my new, worse-than-ever, acne problem. I need to hear if anybody else had this happen, and actually found that continuing with silica helped or not??? I don't know what else to do! I know how you feel.....I've never been so depressed. I know that silica caused this, which is why nothing else is helping my acne like it used to. If I continue taking silica, will it continue to ruin my life, or will it eventually correct the problem that it has so evidently caused?

I have been taking silica since april and I cant say that its causing any bad breakouts. I doubt its the silica for you thats causing it. It will cause a breakout here and there but not to the point where there is bumps all over. right kuldeep? how long did you say you took silica for? are you making it with pure water? and crushing rocks as fine as possible? Sry to hear about your problem. you must be taking something else that is causing outbreaks to be so bad.

That's exactly my situation too :(
I too have been getting acne on the jawline which I never did before.
Since I stopped the herbs and went back on the silicea, along with detox and liver cleanse my acne isnt so bad, just need to get rid of all the marks.
I will keep reporting my progress cos it's really too early to tell. Im scared now that the silicea will make my acne worse again, grr. I just wish I'd left my skin 8 months ago when it was best it has been and I had a life.
Are you sure there is no hormonal aspect to your acne, have you gone on, off or changed contraceptive pill etc?

I changed nothing in my life except the silica. That's how I know it's the silica that caused this. It's really too bad because it was helping the scars and the oiliness. I did read somewhere (on my mad search for some answers)that silica and silicone can be "comodogenic", which means acne-causing.

As I said before, even a deep, ultra-chemical peel is not helping my acne AT ALL (and chemical peels used to totally clear up any breakouts I had in the past)!!! I am terrified that is I go back on silica, It'll make my life hell all over again. BUT I've tried everything else!!!!!

Silica in high potency rarely works. It is rather Silicate than Silica. That's why I recommend to use either home made or 6X or below potency.
