Gave a dose of aconite 30 (at 11:00am). The child had refused to eat anything in the dinner the previous night.
The child had been sleeping most of the time after the vomit. She kept sleeping after the aconite dose too. She also refused to take food and water. Till 3:00pm she had not taken any solid food except for half an orange.
The child was hot to touch (with no sweat), very sleepy, and refusing to eat or drink. Gave a dose of Nux Vom 30C at 3:00pm.
The child had mild sweat half an hour later. She was also persuded to take half an apple.
Current status is that the fever is in control. The child is sleeping -- complained of ache in the throat (cough is not there though). She also refused to eat anything before going to sleep.

Present Status
One more vomit. This time watery with a bit whitish mucus.
Not taking any food. Asked for water while coughing -- showed big hurry for water.
Temperature started rising after 10pm. Temperature has been rising in the night since last 4 days.

Fever down. Weak -- Lazy -- wamts to keep lying down in bed.
Had another vomit in night -- dirty yellow in color. Quantity not much (say 100 ml). Has not eaten much yesterday (half apple, half orange). Did not pass stools yeasterday. Stomach soft.
HAd half an apple today morning.
Yellowish white coating on the tongue in the morning -- coating wiped out on eating apple.
Complaining of pain in the abdomen. Also pain on the arms.
Both the lumps on the right side neck are a bit decreased in size. The one right behind the ear base has shifted downwords. Pain in the right ear ameliorated.
Had another vomit in night -- dirty yellow in color. Quantity not much (say 100 ml). Has not eaten much yesterday (half apple, half orange). Did not pass stools yeasterday. Stomach soft.

Was given arsenic 30C yesterday afternoon. No vomit after that.
No stools for the past two days -- has eaten very scanty. Low morale -- does not talk/play much -- wants to lye down -- starts crying for small things. Today morning hunger has revived somewhat.
Lots of difficult cough. Fever has probarbly subsided for good (after 6 days).

Sorry about not replying yesterday. I was more concerned about my younger sons health.
Since yesterday she has started taking her normal meals. In the two preceding days she had very scanty food (accumulativly 1 apple and 1 orange in 48 hours).
Yesterday she passed stools too (after 72 hours).
Late in evening, she had acute pain in the left ear (right ear two days back). Pain was very severe and made her cry very bitterly (screaming) for half an nour. She was given Ferr phos in water. Finally slept after 3-4 doses.
Earlier in the day she had complained of pain in the throat.

About her crying on trivial issues.
She stops crying when she gets convinced that other people are making sincere efforts to resolve her issues. This is her old symptom. Probably crying more these days also because fever has made her very week.
Also noticed ameluration regarding the rolling of eyes. In the past two days she has been observed doing it only once. On that occasion too she brought the eyes back after a duration of one second only.

when (if so ) was arsenicum administered?

Around 2:00pm on day before yesterday. Before arsenic she was restless/sleepy but not able to sleep.
Right after Arsenic dose she asked for and took water and went to sleep (3 hours).

Did not sleep today afternoon.
Had good afternoon naps during the fever.
No rolling-eyes observed today too. Though at a couple of occasions, we felt that she stared for a seconds duration.
