Hi. Sorry I was sleeping. It must be about 24 hours a go.
I slept through the night but have woken up early with pain again although it is a much lesser degree.

Hi good morning.
Sorry for the late reply but work is getting in the way.
About a year a go I was prescribed nux vomica but it had absolutely no effect.

My mental state is still happy.
Physically the actual period pain was slightly less with exactly the same symptoms as before.
But since my period started it seems like my bowel muscles don't stop. I still have the bowel thing! When it comes it radiates to the front and feels like period pain. When I have wind it is excruciating. Also before a bowel movement. On passing either I get temporary relief. So in a summary all of my muscles in the pelvic area are constantly in spasm causing pain.

I am sure, no one wants this severe pain to happen again. Therefore, there must not be any break in treatment as last month.

Just a reminder, do you have ultra sound or Mri scheduled for
your cyst yet?

Something the size of an orange is going to give you a lot less
'room' - that needs to be done.

I've just had my test results. That one has gone but I have another cyst the other side but golf ball size. Another simple cyst and seems to be a re occurring thing.

Where exactly is this cyst? Does it hurt? How old is the cyst? Any pus, bleeding, burning or itching?

Hi. It's on the left ovary. I have no symptoms at all. It was only seen on the scan. It is a simple fluid filled cyst
