Hi, good morning!

Ok I fell asleep before your last message so I have no taken the mag phos.
And update.... Normally the pain is so severe that I usually miss two nights sleep. Last night was the second night and I have slept all the way through so something has worked! On waking today I don't have severe pain. It's slight discomfort but it's nOw soreness rather than pain.

Hi. Ok took everything as requested. I took the staph two hours ago and mag phos one hour ago. The pain subsided for a while but is now coming back slightly. On day three normally the period pain is going but the bowels are bad. I have no bowel problem at the moment

Yes it's the period pain that is back. It's not really in the middle, the pain is both sides where I think the ovaries are. It's an aching pain
