Hi good morning. I hope that you are well.

A little update..... Mother nature has today paid her monthly visit. Mentally I am doing great. I'm happy but obviously anxious of the pain that may or may not come this month.

Physically at the time of ovulation I had acne on my neck. Not much just a couple which is normal for me. It is not a new symptom. I believe this month that I had less warning signs my period was about to arrive. I got it this morning and yes I have the exact same symptoms but perhaPs to a lesser degree. My whole groin area aches. It's not a specific pain just all over. I never get back ache. The onset of flow was profuse as it always is. It is not cramping pains in that it does not come and go. It is constant. I'll write back over the coming hours with more pain updates.
What do I do about my remedies?

Hi. I took them about ten hours ago. It's now half three in the morning and I've woken in so much pain. I've had no choice but to take pain killers. If I don't I can't work. I'm sorry.
Today I worked six hours and two flights. Tomorrow I work double

Hi. That's a remedy I don't have. I'll order it. I'm now in a hot bath. This helps but will take over an hour to work. Also I notice my stomach area is very swollen and is very cold to the touch.

Hi good morning.
Ive been doing a little thinking about my pain. It is possible that a few days before my period my muscles clench so tight that I do not empty my bowels properly and then with the onset of flow my muscles go into overdrive causing all this pain. I now have an urgency to poop and when I've finished my period pain suddenly lessons. It's like I'm all bunged up in that area and there is not enough room for everything. I could be wrong though! Just a little thought.
Ok I'm following the remedies and going to work soon. I'll try to check in with you whilst at work but I won't have access to my remedies sadly untill I get home.

I slept through the night but have woken up early with pain again although it is a much lesser degree.
