impotent...sexually
loose erections
drops after urination
sexually weak
sexual thoughts but erection is very weak
no morning erections
penis relaxed and weak

AGE...25
Weight..73Kg
height..round about 5'10''
symptoms...given above
previous medications. NO

someone had told him to take selenium 30?is this right one?

is he suffering from spermatorrhoea, ie. dribbling of prostatic fluid during night time, straining or foreplay.

yes sir during foreplay with penis some fluid discharges from his penis and also penis is weak and lazy and he is not as sensitive as he was before.
what should we prescribe him ?
there is no good homeopath in his area also please sujject something

What is the difference between spermatorrhoea and prostatorrhoea?

Prostatorrhea is often confused with spermatorrhoea. But it can be easily differentiated with microscopic examination of the discharge, i.e. prostatorrhoea has no sperms at all, compared to spermatorrhoea.

Spermatorrhoea medically means an involuntary escape or ejaculation or drooling of semen without any sexual event/erection/orgasm.

Is Prostatorrhea and Spermatorrhea related, meaning does one follow another, or they are two entirely different ailments.

How does a patient can differentiate between the two, because the remedies are different for both the cases

As far as homeopathy is concerned, the name of the disease is not at all a matter of concern.

We go purely by signs and symptoms.

However, lab tests are a help in the prognosis of the disease.

urgent attension required to my friend regarding his syptoms given above
please somebody help him i am not a homeopath so asking from you ppl
whenever he starts romance with his wife,no erection takes place and some fluid discharges from his penis .according to him he wants to have sex but finds really hard to make erection.but when he masterbates ,erection takes place but not as hard as he wants.
urgent help required
