Nawazkhan sir, kadwa sir anyone plz. Selenium 3x how much dose is over dose?

i'm taking 3pills ,3times(selenium 3x Shawabe german) a day from 7days and i see a lot of improvement.
so can i continue keep taking same dosage until my precum problem is not completely solved???

In homeopathy there isn't over doze but i think you can stop it and wait for the best result.

If it isn't better you can go on a bigger dilution like 1m
