Vertigo

I suffered from vertigo a year ago and calcarea carbonica 30 helped me.At that time i could not look up and down. After month it disappiered.
A week ago i hit my nose on windowshop with bleeding. After 3 days i had 3dcl of wine with big headache in morning and strong vertigo. Calcarea did not help me.I feel fullnes in forehead at top of the nose and when lie on bed i have to close eyes beacuse of strong vertigo. Now its like merry goes around.
Can u help me?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Conium 30 and Kali Phos 6x five drops/pellets/tabs three times a day.Feedback after 4 days.

After 4 days little progress. Virtigo has moved to right side. When i lie on right side, eyes are turning around until i close eyes and several minutes after. I feel dizzines and sweat on my upper part and feel pain in forehead between eyes and upset stomach. When lie on left side its ok no problem. When lie on back i feel the same as lie on right side but not as strong as lie on right side.Looking up and down, no problem. Some disbalance when stand up from bed or chair. BP is normal.

Continue same remedies for 7 days and a feedback.
