Eustachian tube dysfunction leading to disorientation and vertigo - Plz help

Hi.

I had a cold around 4 years back when i travelled by flight. The cold had gone but i think my eust tube got clogged. Have had ringing in the ears since then. right ear has been clogged. When i close my mouth and try to blow air through my ears, the air wont pass through. it gets trapped in both the ears.

But around a month back, i began feeling disorientated and vertigo feeling. When i suddenly turn my head right or left ways feel this. Also when i walk. the feeling is not there when i am static in one place. could it be because of this eust tube dysfunction? having a lot of problems now cant concentrate on anything. did all the required hearing tests. nothing came out. visited a lot of ent doctors also but to no avail. No respite from it.

Kindly help how do i open my clogged ears and remove this dysfunction.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Stop this practice of blowing air with your mouth and nose closed
Graphites 200 2-3 drops in water / 03 pills thrice a day for three days
Post symptoms after that
