Hair loss after dengue pls suggest fool proof 🙏🙏

Im losing almost 400 -500 hair everyday after I had dengue in Oct 2023. Taking all supplements and applying redensyl nothing works. I want the hair fall to stop and all the bald spots to start growing. I feel terrible to go out lately. Density has reduced at least 40%. Pls suggest
