Female hair loss

I am 39 years old female suffering from severe hair loss and thinning since almost 20 years, but more severe since last 4-5 years .I have experienced heavy hair loss everytime after delivery(delivered twice )
a bit of history
Diagnosed with hyperthyroidism (increased thyroid function)at age 14, currently on treatment with carbimazole 2.5mg per day. My scalp is already visible, have premature greying also. My father has baldness and mother has very thin hair.
Kindly help me urgently
