Hello,I am writing about my 20 year old daughter.
I will give you her recent medical history.
She has hypothyroidism and was overweight about 90 kilos and 5 ft 3 inches. She takes allopathic medicine Synthroid 115 grams daily morning. She started dieting and lost weight and is now 60 kilos.
However she developed neck pain later and also pain in her knees and feet and started taking pain killer like advil, naproxen etc. She took it for long time and one day after a dose of ibuprofen she felt breathlessness and was taken to hospital. She was there for a week and after lot of test and blood work, MRI of her neck nothing really was concluded. The antibodies test was also done and the doctors say that it might be due to Lupus or RA.
My daughter works at a home hardware store and has to wear safety shoes which are heavy. She is unable to walk fast or run as her feet and knee pain. Wearing safety shoes and long standing hours also make it worse. After resting her pain becomes better. She cannot tolerate spicy food and has stopped taking coffee as well. I can see that she is also losing her muscle mass and looks weak. She is sensitive in nature and emotional.
She has stopped dieting and takes regular meals now. However the pain her feet, knees is still there and becomes unbearable restricting her movements. Her neck pain has improved a bit.
Please help as everyone in my family is really worried about her. I am not even sure if she has lupus or Rheumatoid arthritis.

NUX VOM 200
15 drops in a cup containing an ounce of water, sip one third of it, 15 minutes later sip the next third of it, and 15 minutes later take the last third of it.HALF AN HR BEFORE DINNER. FOR THREE DAYS
DAY 4 ONWARDS
CALC CARB 30.
Dose five (5) drops/pellets , taken at the same time 3 Times daily.
Take the remedies until symptoms are improved.
Keep all doses 30 minutes before or after food, drink and teeth brushing.
IN ADDITION CALC PHOS 6X AND SILICEA 6X FIVE TABS OF EACH THREE TIMES A DAY FROM DAY 1.

I also wanted to add that her nails and hands also turn blue at times especially when it is cold weather and it appears that she is anaemic.

So I got the medicines yesterday and have started the dose. I have a question for silicea and cal phos dosages. If I don't get the pellets, can I give drops as well. If yes what dosage

Ok, thanks so much, I was able to get the salts as mentioned by Simone and will start it soon. Just to let you know that the test reports came and the Rheumatologist mentioned that my daughter has Connected tissue disease, it is related disease to RA/Lupus. Do you know what could be the cause for this ? She was on pain killers for long time, can that trigger it ?

Hello,
So it has been 7 days now and there is an improvement in her condition. She is having less pain and feels more energetic.
She also works part-time and was off work due to her illness. However, she has started now.

Hello,
My daughter told me today that she has been losing lot of hair recently, since she has been detected this issue. Is there any remedy to be taken for this along with the existing ones she is taking.
Also, I had a question about the Hydroxychloroquine that was referred by her rheumatologist . Should she take it as well with the homeo medicines or not ?
Please advise.

I do not believe in allopathy.One of the side effects of Hydroxychloroquine is hair loss.Stop,if she is having it.Google for its side effects.

I am giving you feedback after 2 weeks
So there is a noticeable difference in her condition , she is able to walk better and the pains are also less. Just that she is having hair fall which she is worried about.
Please advise further course of action.
