Adult Acne issue.

I have acne issue for 10 years. the intensity have increased over the years. now I am getting a new acne everyday. they last few days and then dry out.
Exact symptoms.
1. deep acne enough to be considered as acne
but smaller in size.
2. aren't pustules because I can't pop them out.
3. Aggravated by: Curd, Butter, almost all diary items, pizza and almost all fried items, chicken, eggs, even fish also. any antibiotics or allopathic medicines. (haven't taken any antibiotics in 2-3 years.
coffee, tea also. Stress also increases it. calcium supplements causes extreme pimples.
oats also aggravate it.

4. Decreased by green tea but they don't solve it.
5. past medicine used: Neem worked for few months then it stopped working.
Have used Lycopodium and nux vomica separately for heartburn. but they worked for heartburn but aggravated pimples. even they caused body acne.
Calc carbonica no effect
sulpur created other symptoms like mild headache and offensive gas.
Calc sulph no effect but caused diarrhea.
natrum mur 200 once dose no effect. probably aggravated it not sure about that.
cal phos 6x aggravated it with some epic boil like pimples.
hepar sulph 200 currently using it. it does reduce the size but can't stop acne from coming. it did cure my dandruff been using it for a month.
6. current health status :all my health parameters are ok. I am a national level tennis player and probably the fittest person in my country. no other health issues. I use a non comedegenic sunscreen whenever I play. I don't believe it has got anything to do with my pimples. for some months I played indoor or at night but still no effect on pimples. I stopped masturbation for few months but still no effect on pimples. one thing whenever I get cold or fever I don't have any pimple. I have an athletic body with no known allergies. I don't drink or smoke. No addiction. Bowel habits are ok. but I have a good appetite. I no longer have any heartburn after nux and lycopodium. I don't currently take them. I play tennis everyday for 5-6 hours.
