Nocturnal emission problem

Hi Doctor,

I'm from India. I'm suffering from nocturnal emission problem for the last 13 years, now I'm 30 years old. Before 4 years it used to be one time in a week but during the last 4 years i'm suffering 3 times a week and some times 3-4 continuous days.

I feel back pain when I bent down and knee pain sometimes.This problem is making me weak and i'm sperm is not thick it comes out like white milk. Also I ejaculate in 5 seconds during intercourse and sometimes before having intercourse.

First I want to solve my nocturnal emission problem, once solved i want to improve my intercourse time and sperm quality. Please provide my medicine as needed
