2 to 3 times nocturnal emission in a day.losing my memory power.

I am a male of age 22. I am suffering from nocturnal emission from many days. I have tried many medicines like nux vomica , sulphur, thuja, discorrea, nat phos. But havn't found them helpful.
please help me i feel it really embarassing. i m frustreted and cant remember silly things.

please please help me as soon as possible.

i have the liquid. Will u please tell me how much to take.
like empty stomach, how many drops, direct on tongue or with water.

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 2 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.
