Fatty liver

Hi I have fatty liver, regular flatulence noisy digestion and burping. I have high blood pressure, take medication and have put on weight (mainly on abdomen).I tend to feel tired.
Is there anything i can do?

Chelidonium 6x and Carduus Marianus Q (10 DROPS IN AN OUNCE OF WATER)twice daily.

Feedback after every 7 days.

Refrain from alcoholic beverages.
