Fatty Liver ( For Mr. Anuj Srivastava)

My mother who is 62 years old have the following medical conditions thyroid, diabetes and her heart is 25 % working. She is currently on many allopathic medicines for her conditions. She feels hot even in 15-20 degree centigrade.
She is currently diagnosed with fatty liver. Please recommend some medicine for the fatty liver and if possible for the above conditions so that she can rely less on allopathic medicines.
