I am taking sulphur 30 cf 3x silicea 3x km 3x as prescribed. I felt better during first 2 days .
Yesterday morning I felt pain during and after after urination and the fver was 100 . The pain and fever subsided somewhat during the day but today morning the pain has returned and it is more severe compared to yesterday and the fever is again 100 . There is no turbidity or foul smell in the
urine . could be a return of UTI
Bowel movement has improved and the pain in piles is less .
I still feel chilly and can not tolerate fan beyond very low speed .earlier you had advised Medorrhinum 200 in case of recurrence of UTI .
Kindly consider and advise further course of medication.

I addition to what I mentioned, i am feeling burning in the eyes and light swaet in chest region, specially in the armpits. Any warm or hot food or drink causes sweating which was not so earlier

As advised i took a single dose of medorrhinum 200 on 27 th morning along with cf 3x silicea 3x km 3x as prescribed earlier.
There was some relief in pain during and after urination.
The temperature slowly came down to 99 by bedtime but it rose to 100.2 yesterday morning.There was practically no pain in urination yesterday and the temperature came down to 98.7 in the afternoon but it rose to 99 by bedtime. It is again 100.4 today morning .
Today morning the pain while and after urination has returned but not as severe as before and it is subsiding as the day progresses.
It is noticed the pain is more during early morning and gradually subsides during the day . There is excessive urination during night till about 3 am in the morning but presently no pain is felt during this period.
I continue to feel chilly even in this hot weather .
Bowel movement is slightly better. Tongue is lightly coated dirty white except about 2 inches from the tip and edges with 2 longitudinal furrows in the middle. The tongue feels scalded early in morning but the feeling subsides by mid morning. I continue to be thirstless with very low appetite.
The daily rise in night time temperature is resulting in increased debilty .
Kindly help and advise further course of medication.

It will take 2 days to get it kindly suggest some medicine till i get acetic acid

The present position is as follows

As advised I took a single dose of medorrhinum 200 followed by acetic acid 30 thrice daily from next day onwards along with the prescribed cell salts.
The day after I took medorrhinum the morning temperature was 100.4 but it started rising during the day and reached 102 by bedtime .
For 2 days thereafter my temperature remained at 102 throughout. Then it stated coming down slowly. Yesterday the morning temperature wa 100 whereas the previous night at bedtime it was 99.1 .yesterday at bedtime it was 99.1 but today morning it has again risen to 100.4. The rise in night temperature is haunting me again .
The pain during and after urination gradually subsided after I took medorrhinum but has started again 2 days ago , though not as severe as before . It commences early morning around 4 am and increases in severity til around 10 am . Then it starts subsiding till it is not palpable in evening and night. Most of the time urination is scanty during daytime
Excessive urination urination in night is still persisting as before.
Another problem is repeated choking of nostrils, specially left nostril which has now become quite frequent . Chilliness is also persisting.
Debility has considerably increased to the extent that I tend to stagger while walking.
Kindly consider and advise further course of medication.

It apparently appears to be a very severe UTI.
Repeat Medo .
From next day onwards Kali Carb 30 three times a day.
Bio Combination to continue.

Kindly excuse me for disturbing you as I am feeling pretty unwell today.
As advised i took a single dose of medorrhinum 200 on 11th August .
I felt better yesterday even though morning temperature was 100.4
The pain during and after urination was negligible .
Today early morning, however, the pain has returned. Since about 4 am there is considerable pain before and after urination which persists for a while after urination, accompanied by pain in lower abdomen and lower back , which is not severe.
There is lot of uneasiness in the stomach region . There is no change in morning temperature.
As usual all symptoms are slowly subsiding as the day progresses .
I am continuing bc 24 and started kali carb 30 as advised.
Kindly consider whether you would like to make some changes in the prescription

Kindly refer to my previous post .I am continuing with the prescribed medication and the position remained the same as mentioned in my previous post for the last 3 days.
There is however, a sudden change for the worse during last night. The pain in and after urination started at 3 am when I went for urination. It subsided after quite a while. Then I had to go for urination every hour and each time the intensity of the pain increased and it became continuous. Soon the pain extended to lower abdomen and lower back. By 6 am the pains became very severe and I could not sleep. Entire body was feeling the reflected pain . There is a lot of discomfort in the stomach region .A deep sense of malaise overtook the entire body as if I would never recover
As always there is some relief during daytime and there is slight
relief after 10 am and i could gather some courage to write to you, Sir
The rise in night temperature and excessive urination during first half of night are still haunting me . The urination during daytime is mostly scanty.

Sepia 30 five drops in an ounce of water 3 times a day.In addition Mag Phos 6x five tabs four to five times a day.Stop BC for the moment.
