Tinnitus and acidity

I am 49 years old male. For the last many years. I am suffering from tinnitus and vertigo. Due to tinnitus I am not able to hear otherwise my hearing is still OK. I feel very much acidity and used to pass stool without digestion. It seems very acidic and burns my anus. Please advice
