premature ejaculation, tinnitus
Hi . I need helpI am 37 years old and have these symptoms.
Premature ejaculation . ( with in 1 second of intercourse, at first stroke )
Ejaculation is very quick , even thinking about sex or touching a girl gives erection . I lose erection with in seconds.
Tinnitus
High blood pressure
Hair thinning.
Digestion is not very good. Sometimes stool is soft , sometimes small thin pieces .
I have belly fat which is difficult to lose , even with exercise
Low energy levels.
Easily get angry , negative thoughts in mind , suspicious .
I have tried many treatments , Chinese medicines, ayurvedic medicines, homeopathic medicines but nothing helps.

Color of skin is normal . Pale with dark circles around eyes.
No pain in right side .
Stool keeps changing. Sometimes soft floating on water. Sometimes dissolves like powder . Sometimes small thin chunks.
No vomiting.

Hep b was diagnosed about 15 years ago.
Sleep is very good . Only wake up once or twice for urination.
Yes . Feel thirsty.
Just to add , I have all these symptoms from early adolescence. I was late to adolescence and had slow growth.

Please diagnose Hep-B again with Blood pressure.

Please take 2 doses of Nux Vom 30
1st dose: 3 drops + half cup of water
Before going to bed at night
2nd dose: After 3 days of 1st dose
3 drops+ half cup of water before going to bed at night.
* Only 2 doses
* Give feedback
* Please diagnose Hep-B and BP as soon as possible.
