Acid reflux/GERD

Hi,
I have been living with this reflux for the last one year. Recently, I started to learn singing that seems aggravated the situation. I tried a few remedies - lycopodium and pulsatilla, but it seems aggravating the situation. I have been on H2 inhibitors and wanted to get rid of it. I have tried frequent meals and wake up for 3 hours after dining. I have tried low FODMAP diet as well. But none of it is working. I sleep by keeping my head inclined but for some reason, acid travels up during the night and in the morning I feel sore throat and nasal blockage. The laryngoscopy didn't reveal any issue in my throat area and ruled that it is happening due to GERD. The problem is so annoying that it is preventing me day to day activities. Please advice.
