Urgent help needed with knee injuryI am a 24 year old male. Last Monday, 20th Jan, I fell down while skiing and while trying to get up, my right knee twisted and I heard a pop sound. I could tell that something had sprained as the knee started hurting immediately while walking. The pain surrounds a strip along the inner knee and sometimes extends to the calf and thigh. There is some swelling that is more apparent when I walk on the knee. The knee hurts to put weight on and bend in certain angles.
Please advise on what should I take. I have a doctor appointment tomorrow. I have taken few doses of Arnica. Can someone please advise what to take. I also applied ice on that area for last few days. Should I continue to ice? Your prompt help is greatly appreciated.

1 dose is 2 pills or 2 drops.
You may also consider Bryonia if the pain is so much worse every time you move. And Rhus tox if you feel much stiffness around your knee.

But there is still some pain around the meniscus and the knee feels somewhat unstable, when I am not wearing the brace.
So, should I continue having the same medicine.
