She looks well now and happy too.
It was her 10th dose.

No other problem is seen without her stool problem. 10 dosese are given.
Could you please tell me if I continue more doses of Sulphur 30?
Can I try any Unani Medicine for her stool problem? As trying any other Homeo, she can not suit.

I want to know how you dosed Aloe exactly. Dilution could be increased to what we did with sulph. If I remember right, you went with 30ml dilution?
And I had told you that you should give aloe first and follow it with sulph dose. But what you did was you gave sulph. first and followed it with Aloe dose.
We can not be complacent with one medicine working. What if we need to move to another medicine? So we need to continously work so that we find remedies that would be tolerated.

I gave Aloe pills.
Half drum globules (Size 20)+ 5 drops Aloe 30
Then gave her only- 3pills.

Are you mmeaning like this?- if I give Aloe in the evening Then should give Sulphur in the next morning?

For half dram 20 pills 5 drops was a bit more. Three drops would have been sufficient.
But the actual overdose was three pills from aloe 30.
I should have asked you about the dosage accurately before giving a nod.
I'd have wanted one pill or one pill dissolved in a bottle to be given as a dose.
Yes I wanted Aloe to have been given the prior evening followed by sulph. the next morning.
Next dose, we'll change the administration method.

She is now fine. But there is a problem. Which was seen about 2 months ago.
She is suddenly cries out very loudly as if somerhing is biting in her brain. After 10-15 seconds she becomes normal and happy.

I don't want to disturb your dram preparation. Let me know in advance what you are going to do with preparation of medicine, unless there is a strong divergence, will let you do what you usually do.
Preparation of wet dose is of paramount concern. Dissolve a pill(one pill/drop) of Aloe 30 in 150ml of water. This bottle needs to be succussed for FOUR times just before the dose. Give her one dose of Aloe from this wet dose in the morning when next dose of sulph. 30 is scheduled. One hour after Aloe 30 dose, give a dose of sulph.30 usually. Both the doses same day with a gap of one hour. Let's see how it goes. Follow the dilution and order of Aloe then sulph. rightly.
The cry you mention sounds like Cephalic cry. It sometimes happens with hydrocephalus. Let's review this in due course.

As I gave Sulphur 30 2 days ago.
I will give Aloe 30 after 2 days more and then after 1 hour will give Sulphur 30

Her stool is now clear. She evacuated more stools just now. Color: Yellow and Very soft.

Yes you may continue sulph. 30 for now. We may move to 200c soon. Will let you know when the time comes. Or if picture changes drastically, then we'll move to another remedy.

200c, 200k, 200 are same. Medicines when they are standard preparations(following reasonable Good Manufacturing Practices) are fine to use. Need not be a branded one. Any local pharma. preparation or even self preparation based on good practices would be fine.

Several times jerking is seen whole night in sleep.
Stool is clear.
sir, after every sulphur dose in the mirning, jerking starts at night in sleep. Then becomes normal from the next morning.
Is there any problem sir? Could you please tell me the possible reason.

We have already discussed this---jerks coming on for one night and seeing relief from next morning for a few days after the dose.

Sir. After giving 12th dose of Sulphur in the morning, no jerking is seen at night and till now. It is first no jerking is seen after giving sulphur. Normally she evacuates after every 3 or 4 days from her birth. Stool problem is not seen. She looks happy all time.
