The jerking is same as before when Nux Vom 30 and Sulphur 30 are not used. Her health condition seems better than before. As she can sleep a good sleep now though jerking is seen. There was enough time needed to sleep before applying Nux Vom 30 and Then Sulphur 30. But now she sleeps by her own. She was restless in sleep also. Now she sleeps fresh sleep though jerking is seen.

Ok sir. Only one dose of Sulphur 30 (2drops+250ml warer and half spoon from it) is given yesterday morning. And no any other medicine is applied. And I will wait and observe and inform you time to time. Thank you sir.

Ok. If there is not much aggravation in between, after five days from the last dose, another dose of sulph. 30c after SUCCUSSING the bottle for FOUR times may be given.

One dose at a time that too with a gap of 5 days.
If what you ask is how many times succussion-- meaning the number of shakes you need to give the bottle--then that will be four times.

Ok sir understood. As when Nux vom 30 is given at bed time, jerking goes away. Is there any about this?

We'll repeat Nux after one or two more doses of sulph. or if there is severe aggravation before that. So we'll wait with Nux.

Jerking is increased more and it is same as before. It is gradually increasibg. Jerking is started almost every 2 hours. And for about 15 seconds.

But I think it is not for Sulphur 30. As same situation was made before when epilepsy was stopped and jerking was started.

Hopefully you are preserving the bottle of 250ml+2 drops of sulph. and this dose is from the same bottle. For every dose, a new solution should not be made.

Ok sir. As i did not add any alchohol, is there any chance to lose the action? As I know that, without alchohol, homeo medicine does not last longer.
And after giving the 2nd dose, I think she feels better.

Please tell me how many doses of Sulphur 30 should be given. If it is according to the situation, please tell me how may I know that it is time to stop.

One could add just a spoon of alcohol to the bottle--no need to add plenty of it for preservation purpose. Alcohol could be added at any time later so if you want you can add it even now.
Alternatively vinegar could also be added.
If nothing of this sort is added, then you must keep the bottle away from sunlight and moisture and in a dry, cool place. Keeping it labelled and in a refrigerator is also fine.
Let's take one dose at a time. No need to think long beyond immediate future. As long as she does well on sulph. doses, no need to stop for now. It's hard to outline the situation at a micro level to explain when to stop. But broadly if the medicine stops helping or if the symptoms clearly point to another medicine, then the current medicine can be stopped.

No change of jerking. It is same as before. Today morning, suddenly all body parts were jercked. She became motionless and her 2 eyes were also motionless. She was not breathing that time. It was for 30 seconds.

Clear water is falling from nose. Sometimes her eyes become red and watery as if she is suffering from heavy cold with sneezing. But there is no cough.

Above problem is disappeared after noon. But now her nose making sound. I think this is for cold weather. Her body became a little hot. Sometimes rainy and sometimes sunny weatger here. And this is now common here. More peoples are suffering from cold and fever. So i think this is normal. Sir, can i give any Unan medicine for cold? And paracitamol cyrup for fever? When she suffers from like this I give her Unan medicine and normal paracitamol syrup. Or please tell me if I should wait.
