Serious acne issue - view the thread

Please anyone who see the post , view the thread I'm on with abc homeopathy
I am suffering from very serious ance issue for past few years , and the all symptoms and medicine I've used are there
So please somebody help me ,

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.

I took the last one and half month ago , but now there is nothing .
There are many tiny acne with white top which pop automatically even when I wash my face , which further cause scarring.
These are on both my cheeks , and on nose
These acne hardly remain for a day , they occur in morning and pop of till night and feels warm on face
So please help

No there is no tests were performed ,
On popped the pus flows out but in very tiny amount
But the popping is due to washing , when I washes the face there upper skin get wet and soft and the pus flows out .
