I am wake at night, and sleep by day for the last, say, 6 months. I can't take it any more.

Homeopathy doesn't offer a quick fix in chronic cases. It will be a slow and gradual relief instead of instantaneous effects.
You may continue with Medorrhinum 1m one dose every 2 weeks for 8 weeks and Nux vomica 200c, one dose every 3 days.

subtly runny and moderately stuffy nose
feeling dizzy
faint chest pain
as if someone grabbed my chest very hard
feeling weak
no coughing or whistling sound in the breathing

Take Sulphur 12c and Bryonia 12c once a day until improvement, but stop anytime if there aggravation.
1 dose is 2 pills or drops.
