Horribile acne and acne scars on face and back

Hello, My name is Shruti. I am 24 years old and last year June 2016 I was diagnosed with a possibility of PCOD. I happend to get myself checked for PCOD as i started getting painful red bumps under the skin on my chin first. Then it started to spread out on my cheek, forehead and nose.
Nothing helped. My acne gets worse before and during the period. I have acne that even forms pus. Sometimes my cheeks become red and painful to touch but become normal after 4 5 days. My face also gets oily in 2 hours.

I am really worried about my condition, please help
