detailed case report. Reaction of unknowingly consumed citric acid and vinegar mix aachar along with homeomed for oral thrush

1. Describe your main suffering?
Ans: Oral thrush of tongue and painful to touch n red ulcers caused by rubbing of tooth or gum on tongue since last four five months. foliate papillae enlargement and its occasional stinging sensation in afternoon after intermixing citric acid, vinegar with homeopathhy thrush medicine. this complaint occurs every five, seven years which may be due to some food habits.

debility, bad digestion. feeling always sleepy after meals. foul smell from mouth since long. extreme anxiety. bad taste in mouth in afternoons. white coated tongue. acidity. vitamin B12 test shows 227 only. folic acid is 14. started b12 injections, completed six inj. out of 15. shaky hands when required to focus or concentrate.

2. What other physical sufferings do you have in your body?
Ans : loss of sexual drive. weakness.

3. What mental sufferings / feelings do you have associated with your physical sufferings?
Ans: . anxiety.untimely death etc. feeling financially unsecured. most sensitive to and disturbed by harsh words from dear ones. plz. prescribe something that makes me prone to such weakness .

4. What exactly do you feel when you are at your worst?
Ans: lonely, as if failed in life. fear of untimely death and thoughts of miserable conditions of family. cannot imagine them suffering.

5. When did it all start? Can you connect it to any past event or disease?
Ans : took homeo med.for more than one month, prescribed by homeo dr. like borax, silicea, merc sol etc for oral thrush, and white coated cheese on tongue, offensive breath n stools. all was improving and working well with homeopathy medicine. after unknowingly eating ready made pickles, achar containing citric acid. vinegar. with ongoing homeo meds, i got weakness and burning sensation and painful ulcers in upper right side of tongue. Tongue white, with red tip and borders.

was not able to eat chilly or spices or even use tongue cleaner till now. tongue conditions improved with one week after i started calendula gargles. four five drops in half glass of water. was this correct?. i tried this just in desperation. but it gave good results. plz advice on this.

earlier I had habit of tongue, cheek n lip biting in sleep n while eating. now ok. tongue making friction with gum n pallette area (pallette area seems to be scratched due to wrong teeth brushing method), while speaking eating. etc. may be due to less salivation. this is main cause which i think ulcers are not healing. B12 vitamin report shows 227 only. weight decreasing since last four five years. overall good healthy except above complaints.

24 hours burning sensation on surface of tongue, which was earlier had now subsided. only two small painful ulcers are matter of worry.

Ans: afternoon 4 to 5 pm n when lonely

7. What are the things which aggravate your suffering and which are those which ameliorate the same?
Ans: aggra. cold. n thinking of past blunders, when away from family
ame: walking or light exercises. getting together with family.

8. Do your think your sufferings have relation to any external stimuli (like, change of place) or any internal biological changes in the body, like, menses (in females)?
Ans: many often miss my father, mother.sister n kids. living at a distance. (kids moved out since last year due to educational reasons) now only me n wife at home staying away from other members due to job. feeling homesick like a kid away in hostel. missing joint family.

9. When do you feel better, during hot weather or cold weather, humid or dry weather?
Ans: hot n dry

10. Describe your general mental set up? Are you Moody, Arrogant, Mild, Agreeable Changeable, Nervous, Suspicious, Easily offended, Quiet, Arguing, Irritating, Lazy etc. Ans: nervous, suspicious, arguing, lazy. easily hurt by harsh words.

- How do you feel before or during a thunderstorm?
Ans: thunderstorms causes irritation.

- Do you like being consoled during your tough times?
Ans: yes
- Are you sensitive to external stimuli like smell, noise, light etc?
Ans:yes

- Do you have any typical habit or gesture like nail biting, causeless
weeping, talking to oneself etc?
Ans: nail biting, getting emotional and weepy when see good things n selfless humane acts, also very thought of god makes me emotional. was addicted to tobacco now discontinued it since six month back.

- How do you feel about your friends, family, your children and especially your husband / wife?
Ans: very possessive n caring for family n friends.

11. What are your fears and do you dream of any situation repeatedly?
Ans: fear untimely death n emotional pain caused to family members

12. What do you crave for in food items and what are your aversions?
Ans: loves sweets. had habit of drinking cold milk with cream which was hard to digest. cannot eat sour fruits, cold drinks
ice cream, curd gives cold.

13. How is your thirst: Less, Normal or Excessive? bit excessive

Ans: excessive

15. Is there any kind of food which your body can’t stand?
Ans: fried food, meat, eggs. cheese, bread, fermented food. etc

16. Is your sweat normal or less or more? Where does it sweat more: Head, Trunk or Limbs?
Ans: less. legs

17. How is your bowel movement and stool type?
Ans: have to wait for call. mostly hard to pass n pungent smell, constipation.

18. How well do you sleep? Do you have a particular posture of sleeping?
Ans: like catnap, like to sleep on left side of body. right side nostril must remain open for easy breath.

19. Do you think you are able to satisfy your sexual desires in general?
Ans: not since last five six months. which may be due to depression. not having hard erection and short span of performance since last five years. found that my ejaculation fluid was giving burning sensation to wife. now conditions had improved. and ejaculation fluid is not acid like.

20. How do you think you are different from others, if at all?
Ans: somewhat proud n feeling of self esteem. extremely possessive for dear ones.

21. What medications have been taken earlier by you to treat the diseases and do you have any particular symptom surfacing after the medication?
Ans : some unknown homeopathic med prescribed by dr(the one who was treating me earlier) .to counteract effect of citric acid and vinegar against thrush medicine. taking of new counter homeo dose induced painful n increased sensitively to tongue giving intolerance to touch n salt n chilli spicy food. got physical weakness. so i discontinued the counter medicine. use of calendula gargles reduced the pain. also eating yogurt ease acidity n tolerance to spicy food. on severe acidity i use to take antacid which reduces itching n pain on tongue. i have observed that on doing heavy exercise, or sexual activity which requires heavy working of heart increases pain sensation on tongue.

urine is watery like. otherwise urine test is normal. (earlier urine was forming foam when excreted)

22. What major diseases are running in your family?
Ans: bp to parents of +70yrs old age.
over all healthy.

tall healthy looking, male of height 5,10’ feet. brown skin. oval faced. lacks agility.
